55This was a great yard! The location was convenient and easy to find. Great parking. Mowed yard abd even left water out for my boy. The yard is safe and secure and I felt very comfortable with my dog there. The host is very easy to communicate with.
55We had an amazing time!
55The yard was immaculate!!! So much space and so safe for my reactive dog! The host was so sweet in accommodating everything we needed! Mila was even more excited about the toys she had provided and the kiddie pool! Even though we brought her own toys lmao she loved the other ones better! This was our very first experience and I will say we all had the absolute best time and will 100% be back!!:)🖤
55Easy entry, quiet area, lots of shade. The pups loved it
55Very nice!
55We love Vikki’s yard and her cookies 😋
55Our pups LOVE going to Vikki’s! If you go on their cookie stand day, be sure to try some, they are AMAZING!
55Had a great time at Vikki’s per usual!! Always clean, has the best toys….and of course the doggy pool!! Gouda will never get tired of it!! Thank you again for allowing us to play at your spot!!
55This was a very lovely place. The dogs loved it. They loved the wide open space to run.
55Best yard ever now comes with baked goods! 😍

Welcome to upDog Pet Services, LLC Tucked away in Cocoa, FL (Space Coast), our private, secure, and quiet 1 acre mostly natural yard is your dog’s personal playground—without the stress of a busy dog park. What we offer: •Fully fenced yard: 6' privacy/chain link mix, so your pup can roam off-leash and burn energy safely. Interior chain link yard off limits. •Mixed terrain: shady trees + sunny grass + natural smells = sniff heaven. •Water station & hose for post-play rinse (for pups who love to dig *please no digging in the grassy areas* or run in grass). •Free parking & easy access (no city-lot chaos). •Keeper-on-site (that’s me!) to oversee safety, clean up, and welcome you in if needed. •Bonus: if your dog is nervous or reactive, we offer a solo booking (just your dog) for a peaceful experience. Friendly owner note: As a certified dog trainer through the Karen Pryor Academy (also an IAABC member) I understand how important safe, calm play is. I monitor for your dog’s well-being and it is my priority. Camera surveillance on property, please take note upon entry. Whether your pup needs a zoom-around session or some quiet sniff time away from other dogs, this space is designed for fun, freedom, and comfort. Bring your treats, bring your toy, and let your dog do what dogs do best: sniff, explore, run, and reset. Spots are limited due to ongoing boarding and daycare offered throughout the week. Please message me if you'd like to setup a free trial to come visit us for either of those services. See you soon!

Property is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Our yard is less than 1 acre and fully fenced. Surrounded by woods except for one side and there is a pond with a dock. The neighbors dogs (2) are not a hazard but they are reactive so if your dog doesn’t ignore them, they will run along the fence. Normally they are inside but of course they have to be let outside to relieve themselves and stretch their legs. They are never let out as a pair only separately.
