HOST REPORTS

Sometimes

“My dogs will be kept in the house and not visible but you may hear them upon entry. My neighbor does have two dogs. They keep these dogs separate and only let them out one at a time for around 15 min or so during the week. They tend to run the fence line, but the fence is secure. One of their two dogs is a very active German Shepherd that tends to bark a lot. It’s like he’s demanding you to come and play with him, but if you ignore him, he will eventually go to another part of his yard.”

Location

Description

Property is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Our yard is less than 1 acre and fully fenced. Surrounded by woods except for one side and there is a pond with a dock. The neighbors dogs (2) are not a hazard but they are reactive so if your dog doesn’t ignore them, they will run along the fence. Normally they are inside but of course they have to be let outside to relieve themselves and stretch their legs. They are never let out as a pair only separately.

Hi, my name is Kathy and I am a retired Brevard County school teacher. I taught 37 years and am enjoying my yard now with my two dogs. Charlie is a yellow female labrador, (6) and Harper (9) is a melting pot of various breeds, all 100 pounds of him.

Welcome to upDog Pet Services, LLC Tucked away in Cocoa, FL (Space Coast), our private, secure, and quiet 1 acre mostly natural yard is your dog’s personal playground—without the stress of a busy dog park. What we offer: •Fully fenced yard: 6' privacy/chain link mix, so your pup can roam off-leash and burn energy safely. Interior chain link yard off limits. •Mixed terrain: shady trees + sunny grass + natural smells = sniff heaven. •Water station & hose for post-play rinse (for pups who love to dig *please no digging in the grassy areas* or run in grass). •Free parking & easy access (no city-lot chaos). •Keeper-on-site (that’s me!) to oversee safety, clean up, and welcome you in if needed. •Bonus: if your dog is nervous or reactive, we offer a solo booking (just your dog) for a peaceful experience. Friendly owner note: As a certified dog trainer through the Karen Pryor Academy (also an IAABC member) I understand how important safe, calm play is. I monitor for your dog’s well-being and it is my priority. Camera surveillance on property, please take note upon entry. Whether your pup needs a zoom-around session or some quiet sniff time away from other dogs, this space is designed for fun, freedom, and comfort. Bring your treats, bring your toy, and let your dog do what dogs do best: sniff, explore, run, and reset. Spots are limited due to ongoing boarding and daycare offered throughout the week. Please message me if you'd like to setup a free trial to come visit us for either of those services. See you soon!
