Description

Property is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Our yard is less than 1 acre and fully fenced. Surrounded by woods except for one side and there is a pond with a dock. The neighbors dogs (2) are not a hazard but they are reactive so if your dog doesn’t ignore them, they will run along the fence. Normally they are inside but of course they have to be let outside to relieve themselves and stretch their legs. They are never let out as a pair only separately.

Hi, my name is Kathy and I am a retired Brevard County school teacher. I taught 37 years and am enjoying my yard now with my three dogs. Charlie is a yellow female labrador, four years old. Harper and Murphy are both rescue pups. Murphy is a 12 year old mixed black male lab and Harper (7) is a melting pot of various breeds, all 100 pounds of him.

2 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Cocoa Florida. There are 3 areas that are all individually fenced at the back of the property. Parking is available to the east of the house. Area #1 Dogos: adjacent to the pool area and includes patio deck and seating can access from Garden area #2. Area #2 Garden: Has plants and flowers, fire pit with swing chairs and hammock, swing from tree, dig zone/ neutral zone enclosure with shade, dogo stick collection, water hose. Area # 3 Goat Zone: This area is for our livestock of goats and pigs and the largest of the 3 spaces. It is where the barn is located. Livestock will be put away so that Dogos can zoom freely. This area can be accessed from the Garden area #2 or the main Gate. The front of the property is not fenced and dogs must be on leash to access that area.
