**closed through 11/30 for renovations. We’re replacing the pool deck and all concrete in the back yard with Kool Deck so the concrete will be cooler for human and furry paws** 100% of our Sniffspot income goes towards the vet bills for our medical foster Siberian Huskies. **Due to liability/insurance requirements, only dogs are allowed to swim during Sniffspot visits. One human per dog is allowed in the pool when ACTIVELY assisting their dog ONLY and are not to be in the pool if their dog is not in the pool. Absolutely no pool parties are allowed! If you are looking for a place for people to swim, you may be able to find a pool on the Swimply app. All guests must be 13 or older. ** Dogs must be leashed until you have entered the yard. This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Ideal yard for dogs in south College Station with lots of areas to explore and a large pool with two waterfalls, jet fountains and 3 sets of steps for easy and safe in/out for the pups. Fully fenced with stone and wrought iron gates allows the pups lots of room to run, even when the weather is too chilly for swimming. Includes a shaded seating area with ceiling fans, an indoor bathroom, doggy shower, towels & toys. Complimentary snacks, coffee & hot chocolate available at the coffee bar and cold drinks in the refrigerator. Hazards

This is a somewhat rural neighborhood so we do have wildlife that one might expect in the country…deer, coyotes, bob cats, snakes, insects, etc. The fence keeps out most wildlife except snakes and insects. However, in 10 years, we’ve only seen 2 snakes in our back yard but it’s something to be aware of, especially during the warmer months.

There is a TWO car limit for visits. The 5th picture in the listing shows where to park in the driveway. Do not park on the street! Do not bring beer/alcohol onto the property.

Beautiful yard and pool for the pups to enjoy. Also enjoyed the dog and human snacks provided. The host was very responsive with any questions I had. I’ll probably bring my pups again
