Description

Beautiful dog oasis conveniently located in Bryan. Your pups will enjoy a large fenced in yard with plenty of room for running and playing. Splash in the beautiful pool that has shaded areas as well as a sun deck. A large, covered patio is available with lots of seating as well as a TV. Water hose available for washing off.

The Bryan Pup Oasis is a beautiful setting for pups and their humans. Each pup is allowed to bring two human guests. Each additional human guest will be charged $5/hour.

Pool Heating/Jacuzzi Heating$20

Generally, dogs don’t care about water temperature but their humans do:) If you would like the water heated during the cooler months, we are happy to warm the pool and/jacuzzi up for you.

Scented Bubbles$5

Add on these bacon/peanut butter flavored bubbles and watch your Pup chase them in a large open space. They will love it. We provide the bubble solution and bubble gun during your visit.

PLEASE NOTE there is a 2 person limit per dog. Additional people will be charged $5/hr. This fee is listed under the “EXTRAS” section when booking. Please contact us with any questions or concerns. Will accept short notice bookings depending on host availability.

Never enter a spot before your booking start time and never leave late.
Pick up after your dogs. Leave the spot as it was when you arrived.

Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.

    The Pup Oasis is AMAZING!!! Moose had the best evening of his life swimming in the pool and running around the backyard! Janice left us treats, toys, towels, bug spray, sunscreen, waters, human snacks, you name it, she had it! We will 100% be back! 🐾🩷

    Lovely! Janice set out toys, snacks, fresh water and towels for the dogs and humans. The pool is beautiful and clean. Everything is so clean and perfect for an afternoon getaway. I have a newly adopted young dog who was taken in a breeding operation seizure. We don’t know much about her yet. She is still learning about us. Having a place so secure, open and with sights and sounds of habitation is the best thing for her right now.

    Rosy and I look forward all week to our swimming date at the Pup Oasis. The pool is beautiful. The waterfall feature really helps to quiet a busy mind. Janice always puts out a welcome sign for each guest. Towels, snacks and dog treats are always available. The Pup Oasis was a great find. 👍

    We had an AMAZING time at the Pup Oasis Pool and backyard! The pups enjoyed exploring and going in a pool for the first time. They’ve been to lakes and beaches, but this was their first time in the pool. Everything was clean, perfect, organized. Snacks and water for the pups and for us! Thank you for giving us a little adventure! We will be back very soon!

We’re replacing the pool deck and all concrete in the back yard with Kool Deck so the concrete will be cooler for human and furry paws** 100% of our Sniffspot income goes towards the vet bills for our medical foster Siberian Huskies. **Due to liability/insurance requirements, only dogs are allowed to swim during Sniffspot visits. One human per dog is allowed in the pool when ACTIVELY assisting their dog ONLY and are not to be in the pool if their dog is not in the pool. Absolutely no pool parties are allowed! If you are looking for a place for people to swim, you may be able to find a pool on the Swimply app. All guests must be 13 or older. ** Dogs must be leashed until you have entered the yard. This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Ideal yard for dogs in south College Station with lots of areas to explore and a large pool with two waterfalls, jet fountains and 3 sets of steps for easy and safe in/out for the pups. Fully fenced with stone and wrought iron gates allows the pups lots of room to run, even when the weather is too chilly for swimming. Includes a shaded seating area with ceiling fans, an indoor bathroom, doggy shower, towels & toys.
