Sunny fenced-in back yard for your dog to run, sniff and explore. There are plenty of shady spots along with the sun. You and your dog are welcome to hang out on my shady screened in patio. I have a flower and vegetable garden but I'm not too stressed about your dog running through either! No digging in the garden but they are welcome to dig up the yard ☺️ Some neighbors may be visible at times and there are dogs that live two houses down that stay in their own yard. Plenty of on street parking makes it easy for the human. I have a chicken coop and chicken run area so chickens may be visible to your dog. Chain link fence with one neighbor dog sharing the back fence.

Attention: we will be closed January 5th - 12th for construction of a privacy fence along the side with our neighbor with dogs. Welcome to our serene .25-acre fully fenced private yard, featuring a blend of lush grass and small digging spots for your furry friend to explore. For dogs, we’ve got everything they need for endless fun. Enjoy dog water, doggie pools if available, a Jolly herding ball, tree tugging ropes, and chuck-it balls/toys. There are also plenty of sticks to chew and squirrels to chase! For human guests. We’ve got everything you need to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Outdoor chairs, a fan, a hammock, shade, sun, bug spray, poop bags, and speaker are all provided. Our neighborhood is known for its tranquility and we respect your privacy. **Just a friendly reminder: please don’t jump on the trampoline.** Here are some additional details about our yard: - Private gate entrance and ample space to spread out. - Our dog stays indoors and won’t be a nuisance during your visit. - Friendly neighbor dogs next door can be heard but not seen. Our dog loves running along the fence line with them. - Please dispose of your dog’s waste in the trash can in the driveway. -park in driveway or road. Doesn’t matter :)
