Host Rules
We ask that you please pick up and dispose of your dogs potty. Other than that, we hope you have a great time and hope they have so much fun! We have a pond that has 2 islands so it is quite large and it is 20ft deep so pups who love to swim will like this a lot. We have water toys for swimming and other toys they can enjoy. Occasionally our neighbor dog will bark but it is very rare, just FYI. They are not close by but can hear a faint bark sometimes. We have a farm & greenhouse but we don’t have any of our own animals currently. But there are lots of smells and places to explore here that we hope your dogs will really enjoy! Photos coming soon!

Fully Fenced 3/4 Acre Super Private Yard Perfect For Running And Chasing Ball!
I am delighted to have you and your dog(s) enjoy this fully fenced in 3/4 acre yard! There are long open areas where doggo can run full speed chasing a ball. There is a concrete wall on one side of the property, woods covering the back and most of the side, and a tall fence on the front side, which creates a very private space. Also included is poop bags, water, and a poop scooper. No pesticides are used on this property. There is also plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles in the driveways. FYI- Chain-link fence is not tied down to the ground between posts, so a smaller dog may be able to push through underneath the fence. If you do not clean up after your dog, you will be blocked, so please pay attention to your dog! I hope you enjoy your stay at the property!

There are great ponds for swimming and Cow Creek near the back 20 acres to play in, a wetland area has been recently installed by a nature conservation group. We ask folks to keep dogs on leash through the front 5 acres where we grow organic vegetables. Please do not enter the greenhouses or barn. Please stay out of the crops and garden beds.

We have 2 bridges that cross the creek on our farm, 5 acres of open fields, and trails throughout the bush. Ground can get a bit rough in some spots so wear appropriate footwear. Lots of wildlife such as deer, rabbits, squirrels, and birds galore. No fences but surrounded by thick brush and trees. Please keep pets away from the main shed and house for their own safety! We are located in the heart of Brights Grove so only registered Sniffspot guests are allowed to enjoy themselves here!

Almost a half an acre completely fenced-in yard (to the ground so even 5-lb dogs can’t escape) in a quiet neighborhood near 23 and Mound. Grass is kept short and natural. Never any poisonous pesticides or fertilizer used. All Natural! Seating and doggie pool available (request pool is emptied before leaving and not filled more than half or you can’t tip over to empty). No dogs in surrounding yards. Great for big and small dogs! Lots of trees and shrubbery to give you a private oasis. Please close the gate when leaving. Note: I bought my house with a large after one of my dogs was attacked at a dog park causing 2 surgeries and very expensive vet bills. Enjoy my yard with piece of mind.
