Your dog will LOVE this 0.43 acre fully fenced yard with plenty of room to RUN and PLAY located in a safe residential Gahanna neighborhood. You'll have access to a water hose and bowls for dog drinks and cool-downs. At this low rate, your dog can get the exercise it craves every day!

Very clean and open yard with plenty of room to play fetch or run around. There are roughly 4-5 bordering yards with just chain link fencing and one yard with a privacy fence in the corner but we didn't see any people or other dogs while we were there. A neighboring dog did bark at us briefly but they were behind the privacy fence so it didn't bother my dog that much. There was also a filled water bowl left for us that was appreciated!

What a wonderful first Sniff Spot experience! The “spot” was exactly as described and provided a large, shaded, safe and well kept space for my 11 month Aussie-mix to burn a ton of energy. We will most definitely be returning. Thank you so much for sharing your space with us!

Zaagi hasn’t been off leash for almost 6 months and we got her to run and chase a little in this big wonderful yard…baby steps! Hope to keep this up to teach her how to be a dog and be joyful 🐾💕

Beautiful, amazingly large yard. Tons of room for chasing tennis balls, etc. Lots of good sniffing. Very secure fencing with zero gaps. We will be back.

We enjoyed our time with our boy at this property. There’s a water spout too which is nice and a bowl but we brought our own. Two things to note (didn’t bother us too much but might others), there was a nest of hawks (?) flying around the yard so smaller dogs may not be safe. Also, the neighbors have four dogs that were outside at the same time and it may not be pleasant for those who are avoiding other dogs!

great sized clean yard! my dogs loved it so much, there’s even little corners for my pup to hide when my rottweiler got too crazy lmao. but if you have reactive dogs beware!! when facing the house the neighbor on the right has three dogs, one didn’t seem to friendly n was going crazy. the neighbor was very nice tho, apologized, and brought them inside! the house to the right in the back of the yard also has a older golden, didn’t come anywhere near the gate but he did do little stomp n howls lol. overall great place but i would be aware if your dog is da

Hi! I've been a dog owner/lover for my entire life. I currently have 2, a Labrador/golden retriever mix and a Staffordshire mix. When we moved to this neighborhood, the biggest selling point for me about the house was the backyard. One of my greatest joys is watching my pups romp and play, and I knew we needed a place where they would have lots of space to do that. Now to be able to have a platform where we can share this with others... It's a dream come true!

Maintained fenced back yard large enough to let your dog run and be leash free! I recently became a dog widow and miss seeing a dog in my back yard. I would love to share my space with owners and dogs that need a place to run free without the worry of interacting with other dogs. Dog sitting available upon request. I know how hard it is to be able to relax when you have to leave your pet behind. Your home or mine. I am happy to accommodate you and your pups in any way to make you both comfortable.
