Welcome to Howling Pines Sniffspot, a private, peaceful place designed with your dog’s best day in mind. We’re open 7 days a week 6a - 9p with lights to illuminate late night and early morning visits. Located just 5 minutes from Target in Concord, NH, Howling Pines offers approximately 1 fully fenced acre of mixed terrain for running, sniffing, exploring, playing, or simply enjoying some off-leash freedom. The entire Sniffspot is enclosed with 5-foot-tall, 14-gauge welded livestock wire fencing with approximately 2" x 4" openings, providing a secure boundary while maintaining the natural, open feel of the property. Please see photos of fencing included in the listing. Our Sniffspot sits on a private 6.5-acre property, set back more than 350 feet from a quiet, dead-end residential street. The space combines a grassy backyard with cleared, tree-covered woods, giving dogs plenty of room to explore different sights, smells, and terrain. Approximately 2/3 of the Sniffspot is wooded, making it especially fun for dogs who love to sniff, wander, and investigate. Designed for Safe, Easy Arrivals: We know that getting in and out safely can be one of the most stressful parts of visiting a new place, especially with reactive, nervous, excited, or escape-prone dogs. That’s why the entrance to Howling Pines features a double-gated airlock located directly beside your designated parking area, allowing you to move from your vehicle into the Sniffspot quickly and securely. Stay & Play After Dark and Early Morning Hours: Early sunset or late sunrise shouldn't stop you or your pups from having fun. The yard is lit for evening and early morning visits, making it easier for you and your dog to continue enjoying the space after the sun goes down, especially during our shorter New England fall and winter days. All lights are solar powered and motion activated. When you get to the property, you will open a gate (unlocked) and drive to an open field. From there, you are able to walk the trails of a 100-acre property that has water access as well.

Bear Brook Canine Camp

Fully fenced in approximately two acres. We now have lighting for nighttime use. Approximately five times around the property perimeter equals a mile. We have chuck-it throws and balls, many toys, sand/digging areas, pools and agility equipment in a large, fenced area for you and your dog to romp around. Main entrance to the yard can be found by entering the second driveway and parking in the designated parking area in front of the solar barn. We do not plow that driveway in the winter as it’s just gravel. So, feel free to park at the bottom of my driveway and walk to the SS gate if you’re not comfortable using the SS driveway in the winter. We ask that you please adhere to our 24 hour notice when changing or canceling a reservation. We are always fully booked on weekends and most weekdays too. Welcome to our Sniffspot—where dogs can truly be dogs! We chose this home for its large, private yard and created a safe, fun space for pups to run, play, and sniff to their heart’s content. The front of the yard features a 6-foot privacy fence, while the rest is enclosed with a combination of 6-foot wood, chain link, and heavy-duty wire fencing. It’s fully secure and suitable for both large and small dogs. Your pup will love exploring the variety of scents left behind by local wildlife—birds, squirrels, chipmunks, and the occasional raccoon or fox make for an exciting visit! We hope your dog enjoys it as much as ours does!

All Star Pet Care Sniff Spot .5 acres of fenced in fun!

I have a .5 acre lot, completely fenced in with a 6 ft high chain link fence. My yard provides, a (orange hose) for water or to fill dog pool (in the Summer), seating, treats, poop bags / scoopers with trash can, dog bedsn etc! *Please enjoy our "Dog House" it provides shelter from the rain, A/C in the summer, Heat in the cooler months, bottled water in fridge, and a small play area available inside the fenced in area with toys and more! It is a very private area, especially during the day! *I do have two dogs of my own and a large yard, I try my best to keep it as clean as possible! You may hear them but they are secured in my home. *Fall is here! We try to keep the leaves at bay the best we can! *Please keep off the deck unless you need shelter from inclement weather.

10 acres of off leash trails & fenced in yard

We have about 600sqft of fenced in backyard, accessible from 2 sides, either the "meadow" or the chicken coop side. The chickens are free range and like to hang out on the coop side. We also have 10acres of trails in the woods. Trails are marked with painted blazes on the trees. There are also a couple obstacles on the trail that our children use but are dog friendly. The trailhead is accessible from the beginning of the driveway or the chicken coop side. We also have a dog friendly dog that loves puppy playdates.

Welcome to our fully secured pup paradise! Our property has no resident dogs or other animals, making it the ultimate stress-free sanctuary. We feature a 6-foot solid wooden privacy fence enclosing a spacious, nearly quarter-acre grass yard—perfect for reactive, anxious, or high-energy dogs who need room to sprint without outside distractions. Human guests can relax comfortably under our shaded gazebo while dogs explore. We provide everything you need for a perfect visit, including fresh water, clean toys, and a fully stocked waste station (pooper scooper, bags, and dedicated trash bin). Come enjoy a completely private, safe playdate!" To keep all our human and furry guests safe and relaxed, our spot is strictly reserved for one family/household of dogs at a time. We do not allow 'meet-ups' or joint playdates with dogs who don’t already live together. This ensures every pup gets a calm, low-stress environment to sniff and play in peace. We would be honored to share our yard with you and your furry friend. We recently lost our Dog, Bailey Boots who loved to sunbathe and was an anxious reactive dog so this was her safe space. We hope this is the same for you and yours. Note: There are neighbor dogs who go out 2x a day for no longer than 10 min to the right side of our yard. We are in close contact with them and let them know whenever we have Sniffspot guests so that they can walk their dogs on a leash rather than letting them out loose in their backyard.
