We are located in the middle of wine country. This is a previous horse pasture, so the ground is uneven. Humans should not run in the field. The field is on Hwy 240, so there is traffic noise. The neighbor's fence is 40 feet away from the park's perimeter so there is no contact possible with other dogs. Bring water. I do not provide water because shared water bowls can spread many diseases. Two chairs are under the apple tree .

Native plants & trees encourage native species (butterflies, hummingbirds, etc). Grass is green in the spring and fall, can be yellow/green in the summer (water preservation.) Picnic table shaded by trees. Lights on 2 story deck, lights that surround the deck, and lights above the cement patio available upon request. You can place poop bags in trash (yellow bucket.) A beautiful 1/4 acre fully fenced private yard in SW Portland near Hayhurst Elementary. Fresh woodchip paths all the way around the yard. Dogs can dig in the creek, run around the large fenced yard, and bark at squirrels that run along the fence. Located on a quiet, dead end road, parking is street only. This is an active permaculture farm, so expect compost piles, garden equipment, and slightly uneven ground.
