We brought our puppy on Labor Day and enjoyed the park. Very tranquil spot on Lake Lanier that allows you to bring your dog. Places to lounge on the upper deck of the dock. Dog had a blast. Rocks can be slippery-we had water shoes so there was no problems with that. Water is deep so caution with children would be advised.ompletely enjoyable space for water time with your dog.

There is enough room to run, gate was a little difficult but the host came and helped us and advised it was going to be fixed, and it was still secure enough to keep our pup inside the yard.

My dogs absolutely love coming here. The yard is long and open, the host communicates timely, and the cost makes it easy to come often. Thanks!

This was a great space for awesome fetching (further than I can throw the ball!) My Doberman really enjoyed stretching his legs and running around the space. There was also some shade available as it was pretty toasty out already at 10am! We had a great time playing and will definitely be back!

My dogs had the best time! I’d recommend going when it hasn’t been raining a ton. It gets pretty wet and muddy out there, but the dogs loved it!

Great spot! Be sure to wear an older pair of shoes/boots that you don’t mind walking through a field in. Our dogs loved running around and exploring the pasture. Host was very nice and had water out for the dogs!

Great space for your dogs to explore! The terrain is pretty rugged, so make sure to wear appropriate footwear! We will be back! Owner had water out for the dogs, which was a nice touch!

Very nice pasture! There’s horse fencing, so probably not ideal for escape artists that might crawl under or jump. Would recommend wearing boots with the tall grass and make sure to bring your own water! The dogs had a blast and are already asleep in the car. We will definitely be back!

The dogs had a good time lots of space to run around. I do wish the area was a little flatter for them to run but they explored more so it was a good change from the dog park we'll be back

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 97% of reviews on Sniffspot visits in the Cumming area are 5 stars.
