Description

Three fully fenced in acres. Three separate dog runs on the property as well. This is the perfect place to work on recall with your pet. Or just take a long walk and hop in the pool to cool off. We are located fairly close to the Deland dog park, right outside of the Deland city limits. We live on a private street with a few houses, each house having acreage; the perfect blend of privacy and beauty. Everyone tells us our dogs are so lucky to have their own personal "dog park." So we thought we would offer it to others so they can enjoy the perks of a dog park without fearing possible negative interaction with certain canine issues. A dog park with no worries...that's us.

We have 5 acres of land that is fully enclosed with a fence. Roughly 1.5 acres - 2 acres is cleared land, perfect for running and activity. The remainder is forested. We reside next to a nature preserve, so wild animal encounters can occur. We have seen bears, coyotes, and snakes. Most of these occur in the morning time. The fence up front has some larger holes that a small dog could get through, but this is far away from the primary area located in the back. There are plants toxic to dogs around the house, so it is probably best to remain in the open areas.
