Motorized pergola opens/shuts for weather. Resident dog: she's the sweetest rescue from NM; mama dog with a tough past, but not a mean bone in her body, she just wants love. Occasional warning barks, but otherwise sticks close to me or sleeps in the house. You won't hear or see her. Very secure yard. I close curtains/lock dog door. Outlets for music, wifi, large picnic table. **Neighbors are quiet. On occasion they do host people to watch tv in their yard, but not all the time. Are you a good boy or girl? Me too! My mom tells me all the time. Want to come hang out in my yard? I’ve got a big backyard with plenty of shady spots for relaxing and sunny patches perfect for sunbathing. There’s even a kiddie pool to cool off in! Mom finally upgraded the kiddie pool so it's much bigger now and you can go in with your friends! If you like chasing squirrels, you’re in luck. They are everywhere! Seriously. It’s kind of my specialty. And as for grasshoppers… let’s just say I’ve handled that situation. Those things are annoying, so I take care of them myself. Mom also offers extra playtime with me (you should definitely choose this—I already know I love you, it’s just how I am). I’m full of energy when we first meet, but once I know you’re sticking around, I’ll settle down and give you space… if that’s your vibe. Otherwise, we can play. And play. And play some more. If you prefer to hang in my yard by yourself, that's cool too. Enjoy all the smells. Mom has some garden boxes in the back and she composts in the center of them. The smells coming from there are my favorite, 10/10, but she put a fence around everything so you will have to sniff from afar. 🐶
