Motorized pergola opens/shuts for weather. Resident dog: she's the sweetest rescue from NM; mama dog with a tough past, but not a mean bone in her body, she just wants love. Occasional warning barks, but otherwise sticks close to me or sleeps in the house. You won't hear or see her. Very secure yard. I close curtains/lock dog door. Outlets for music, wifi, large picnic table. **Neighbors are quiet. On occasion they do host people to watch tv in their yard, but not all the time. We offer seating on our deck under the shade of two umbrellas as well as Adirondack chairs in the shade of one of our giant trees. 🌳🌳🌳 We also have a playset with swings for your kids to enjoy. There will be poop bags, dog toys 🎾 and water available as well as a waste bin next to the gate for your trash. 🚙 Parking: Please park on the street near the tree in in our front yard, or up the road by the mailboxes. 🚪Entrance: You may enter the backyard through the gate on the right side when facing the house. You may need to lift the handle slightly and then push hard for gate to latch. The gate is a little janky! If you require any accommodations, please let us know ahead of your visit. There are plenty of spots for them to safely sniff and explore, definitely making this space live up to the name. Additionally, owners are invited to unwind under a cozy gazebo while dogs play.
