I have 30 acres that are partially fenced. I have one 40 year old horse named Talker that has been there for 30 years. He is an older horse and just relaxes on the property. There is a gazebo on the property along with numerous pastures for play.

There are two different fenced in areas. One side is much bigger than the other. When pulling into driveway there will be one of the two gates to access the back yard. One of the gates is a wooden gate (does not latch easy) this is for the smaller fenced in area. If it’s the larger fenced area you want then you will pull into driveway and walk around the garage to the left hand side to where a chain link fence will be to the larger fenced in area. Both areas can be utilized during the time you have booked as well. There’s a chain link fence dividing the two areas with a gate connecting the two yards.
