The crown jewel of this canine paradise is an ancient magnolia tree and majestic black walnut trees that create an environment both you and your four legged friend will adore. Fully fenced in and large enough for multiple dogs. There are chickens that are inside a secured pen.

Over 1 acre of pasture and field area- fully fenced with 6-8ft view friendly fencing. Located in the quiet, serene country of Orange County. Surrounded by Duke Forest and Triangle Land Conservancy forest on either side. Immediately adjacent to Brumley Forest south lot which contains over 600+ acres with trails for additional activities. Outside faucet with clean, potable water available along with several kiddie pools, benches, and playground equipment for the two-legged kids. Only 12 minutes from downtown Chapel Hill located on Morgan Creek with 40 acres to walk/play with your dogs. Fresh water for all, restroom facilities, ample off-road gravel parking... There will be no other human or animal encounters during your visit.

We have 3.3 wooded acres set back from the cul de sac and we back up to Duke Progress public game land. Previous owners created a trail out there that connects to a power line cut and 4x4 trails. You can hike for miles if you want and probably won’t see another person. We have a doggy paradise on our 3+ acres.
