The 8.4 acres has several ATV trails that make hiking easy for you and your four legged friends. If you decide to go off trail it is wooded but not heavily. There is also a large open area of just grass that give several stream access points. There are several picnic tables and large roofed area with seating and power. There are also several spigots to fill up water bottles and water bowls. Some bowls are provided and cleaned after each use if you would like to use.

A table and chairs to relax while your pet enjoys playing and running available on deck. When parking please park on the grassy driveway closest to the white fence where you will be entering. There is a black planter hook with a welcome sign hanging by the fence. You may park there. (See last photo for reference). A quiet and safe neighborhood. Premises Monitored By Video. Video surveillance is for safety & liability only. It is never used to post or share your moments. Please No Smoking, Vaping or Alcohol and adults only on property with a maximum of 2 cars and 3 people per dog. I won’t always be home to double check the yard in between guests, so if you could be mindful of this and leave it all cleaned up. Thank You. This fenced in area is housed within an animal sanctuary. The area is across a field from barn animals and resident dogs will be inside the house. There are 3 barn cats, but they do not go near the fenced in area. Parking is available next to the fenced area and the gate is open to walk into the fenced in area.
