She inspired the purchase of this home because of the spacious yard she adored so much. Though Shayla has passed, her spirit lives on here through happy paws, wagging tails, and endless playtime. Today, the yard is still enjoyed daily by her siblings, Zayn and Lola Bunny, who love running, exploring, and relaxing in the space. Your pup will have access to a large fully fenced yard perfect for sniffing, zoomies, fetch, or simply relaxing in the sun. The space also includes fresh water access, a kiddie swimming pool for the pups, a cozy hammock for owners to unwind, and a beautiful two-tier patio/deck area to sit back and enjoy while your dog plays safely. Whether your dog needs a quiet private space, exercise, enrichment, or just a peaceful outdoor adventure, Shayla’s Paradise was made with dogs in mind and welcomes every wagging tail like family. The 8.4 acres has several ATV trails that make hiking easy for you and your four legged friends. If you decide to go off trail it is wooded but not heavily. There is also a large open area of just grass that give several stream access points. There are several picnic tables and large roofed area with seating and power. There are also several spigots to fill up water bottles and water bowls. Some bowls are provided and cleaned after each use if you would like to use.

Plus pop up canopy available upon request, to keep yourself shaded and out of the Sun. Pop up canopy not available on windy and heavy rain days. A table and chairs to relax while your pet enjoys playing and running available on deck. When parking please park on the grassy driveway closest to the white fence where you will be entering. There is a black planter hook with a welcome sign hanging by the fence. You may park there. (See last photo for reference). A quiet and safe neighborhood. Premises Monitored By Video. Video surveillance is for safety & liability only. It is never used to post or share your moments. Please No Smoking, Vaping or Alcohol and adults only on property with a maximum of 2 cars and 3 people per dog. I won’t always be home to double check the yard in between guests, so if you could be mindful of this and leave it all cleaned up. Thank You. Ps water cooler is not provided during colder months due to freezing.

This fenced in area is housed within an animal sanctuary. The area is across a field from barn animals and resident dogs will be inside the house. There are 3 barn cats, but they do not go near the fenced in area. Parking is available next to the fenced area and the gate is open to walk into the fenced in area.
