01/15/2022 - Meadogdale will be closing at the end of January for landscaping and the replacement of the existing shed. Closure is anticipated to last through April, but will reopen as soon as possible. 11/23/2021 - Additional exterior lighting has been added to our shed to support night visits. BY DEFAULT: THE LIGHTS WILL BE ON FOR ANY GUEST VISITING AFTER 4:30pm. The lighting can be controlled by Host via cell phone. If you'd like for the lights to be turned off, please just message the host. /////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Hi! Opened in March 2021, Meadogdale is a new spot we are trying out. We've seen many dogs walking by and with all the townhouses, we thought our yard could be valuable to the community. If all goes well and there is a proven demand, we will continue to expand on amenities. - Evan

- Concrete garden bed. - Small dogs could go under shed. - HVAC equipment. - Rose bush has thorns along eastern fence (neighbors). - Overhead power lines for those throwing toys. Please be mindful. - The two large black locust trees are an invasive species and have branches with thorns. Sometimes the twigs fall to the ground, or new sprouts come up from the roots. - Intermittent/Seasonal gopher holes, bumble bees, and tree frogs.

I have three dogs, two under 20lbs and a 60lb black lab but they will be inside the house at all time during your stay (unless you want a play buddy!). We have one Sniffspot pasture. The totally secure fully fenced Sniffspot pasture is on your left as you come up the driveway. Enter through the gate next to the American Flag. Be aware of the Alpaca in the separate fenced pasture above the Sniffspot pasture. There is also a hose at the bottom of the stairs on the north side of the building to rinse off your pup's paws if needed.
