55We enjoyed our time exploring the property! There were signs clearly showing where to park and they had water and treats available for our dog :)
55My girls had a wonderful visit! So much acreage to run and a glorious pond to cool off in. They are very exhausted now. This place is great for dogs with reasonable recall. It's a free roaming area, but not near any roads or people so we felt quite safe off leash. We heard a distant dog (across a large pond) and saw ducks but didn't come across other animals. We will definitely be back!!
55I'm not sure why this is not being booked. We parked at the top of the hill took a walk out the trail, played with the frisbee. Oso splashed in the water (if you have a dog that likes to swim this is perfect). Scooby dug a hole and rolled in the grass. We enjoyed how beautiful the area is, the wildflowers, the rocks, the birds (we saw two woodpeckers up in the tree but I couldn't get my camera ready fast enough). We saw no people, the dogs and goats and chickens are on the other side of the hill so the dogs did not see them. The fence wouldn't keep them in if they wanted to roam but they were perfectly happy to stay with us and it is such a large area you're not really right next to the fence. Paradise for us.
55This is an absolutely beautiful spot with woods, rocky environment and a really nice wetland. Our dogs absolutely had a wonderful time. My Oso doesn't swim but absolutely loves playing the water and bark at his echo. I hope that didn't bother anyone. Scooby just loves to sniff and smell. And they're both really good about getting up up on things and jumping over things and fetching sticks and just being able to run full out. The fence probably is good for a boundary but smaller dogs who are escapees could get through easily. I don't think we got any ticks but we were prepared. You can really get a nice walk or sit and listen to the frogs and the Red Wing blackbirds in the marsh. Next time I think we will book a longer time,

Description

The 50 acres is mostly timber, with a 7 acre pond that has water in it most of the year. It will dry up on really hot years. I do have chickens and pack goats by the house. But they are inside mesh fencing, so your dogs won’t be able to get to them. The 50 acres is completely fenced with a 3 to 5 strand Barbwire fence. It’s in good shape. It is also the property boundary. So as long as you stay inside of the fence, you will be on the property. There are not a lot of neighbors but the ones I have are nice. When you come up the driveway, you can pass the house and drive up on the hill and Park at the conex container. There is lots of wildlife on the property, and I highly recommend that your dog has some sort of tick repellent, we do have ticks in the spring time. The upper part of the driveway is not graveled, so if there’s melting snow, or a lot of ran, it can get muddy. So be prepared for that. I hope you enjoy the property as much as we do. ***ALL PRICES LISTED ARE IN USD***

My name is Ray. My son, girlfriend and I have 50 acres by Cheney Washington. It’s about 5 acres around the house and 45 of timber and pond. We have 3 goats, 3 dogs a cat and chickens. The dogs are all working dogs and we use the goats for backpacking. We are excited to share our small piece of paradise with others.

2.5 acres, fully secure fenced. Relatively level spacious land to run and play! Plenty of parking, a box full of all kinds of toys, treats and poop bags! Gazebo. Private walk in gate and if you have multiple dogs, feel free to drive in thru the big gate to let your dogs out securely. **in light of the unknown respiratory illness that is making the rounds in our area, in an overabundance of caution, please put any used toys and dog bowls into the provided box under the table when you are done. We clean between guests and I disinfect and wash all items before returning them to the toybox. Make sure your dog is not sneezing or coughing for your visit. Updated vaccinations are required. We want our spot to be safe for everyone and need your help to do that. Thank you.** We've noticed a trend of more poop being in our yard. Please make sure you are cleaning up after your dogs so that we can keep the area clean for everyone. Spring is coming which means unpredictable weather. Water is back on. It can still be windy, rainy, muddy, and cold. Please check the weather. You're able to reschedule as long as it's 2 hours or more before your timed slot. Please contact me directly for reschedules if it's less than 2 hours. Use code NewSpeedyTail for $5 off on your first booking. GPS/Google will get you lost so watch for my detailed chat after booking for specific driving directions. We are starting a birthday club! Tell me your dogs' birthday in chat and you'll get a discount on his birthday (or adoption) month! Want to have a Birthday Pawty? Contact me directly before purchasing. Check out the extras! And if you have something else that you don't see listed in mind, let me know and we can work together on something great! You may wonder why we are higher priced. Well, our goal is not just a dog play area, but a place to raise funds and donations for spay and neuter programs. Our goal is to build strong community connections and collaborate with local shelters/rescues. Once our fence is paid off, we will be donating 1/3 of our revenue to spay and neuter programs based on the amount of bookings we do. Local is very important to us and giving back to our community is our priority. We have bulletin boards for you to advertise your business and spotlight adoptable pets. Feel free to leave your business cards or flyers and I will hang them up.
