It’s a seasonal blend of perennial ryegrass and Zeon Zoysia in the winter, transitioning to pure Zeon Zoysia in the summer, meaning it stays thick, green, and incredibly comfortable year-round. The yard is fully fenced, giving your dog plenty of room to run freely and safely. There’s ample space for fetch (balls provided), zoomies, or just stretching out in the sun. No neighboring yards have dogs, and no neighbors spend much time in their yards, so there's lots of privacy. The back yard is fully fenced. Please close the gate when you enter and exit.

Perfect for those hot summer days when you need some shade. We only have neighbors on one side and they don't have dogs, so the yard is great for reactive dogs. Seating, water, balls, and poop bags are all provided.
