Grass area is 75% natural grass, 20% artificial turf (keeps muddy paws at bay), and 5% unmowed tall grass for friendly creatures - rabbits, bugs, birds, butterflies, and the occasional grass snake, who all like the creek area. Swimming pool is maintained on a weekly basis. Shallow end is 4ft, deep end is 7ft. Entry steps in shallow end and two underwater seat ledges. Pool rules: NO DIVING (jumping in is fine) and no running around pool edge.

This fully fenced, dog-first backyard gives your dog about ½ acre to run, sniff, play, and relax under giant oak trees. The entire yard is enclosed by a solid 6-foot wooden privacy fence with no gaps, offering a private space for off-leash fun. Pool add-on: Add the pool rental for access to our new 12-by-24-foot above-ground pool. It includes a floating dock that makes it easier for dogs of many sizes to get in and out of the water. To access the pool, please ensure you book it. The pool is intended for dogs. Children are not allowed in the pool. Our property is designed for dogs first. We have dogs of our own, so the yard comes with plenty of interesting new smells to explore. Dogs live in the neighboring yards as well, so you may hear, or smell other dogs during your visit but you will not see them. This is great for training reactive dogs in a new environment! Shade- Large, mature oak trees provide generous shade throughout the yard, with a shaded pergola for people who want to sit and relax while their dogs play. Fully Fenced Yard For Big or Small Dogs in Austin

I would love to share my big, beautiful backyard with other dogs and the people who love them! I have a new fence that is completely secure -- my two curious chihuahua mixes are capable of finding any holes or openings no matter how small, so rest assured that your dogs will stay safe inside once the gate is closed. The fence is 6 feet high, so your dogs won't be able to see into neighbors' yards or the road, although they may get glimpses of my dogs through the sliding glass doors into my home. There are LOTS of smells to sniff, lizards to chase, places to explore, and trees to pee on. I have automatic solar-powered string lights throughout the backyard, so if you want to come by after dark, your visit will still be completely illuminated. While your dogs zoom and play, feel free to relax in the hammock or get some work done at the picnic table. This backyard is the perfect place to spend an afternoon!

No neighboring yards have dogs, and no neighbors spend much time in their yards, so there's lots of privacy. The back yard is fully fenced. Please close the gate when you enter and exit.

Perfect for those hot summer days when you need some shade. We only have neighbors on one side and they don't have dogs, so the yard is great for reactive dogs. Seating, water, balls, and poop bags are all provided.
