The lake is safe and not suffering from any toxic algae blooms. Does your dog love to run? Love to swim? Love to chill in the shade? We have it all! Enjoy 3 acres of fenced in land to run around, a private lake for your pup to swim in or do some dock diving, and a bamboo forest perfect for getting some shade and feeling at peace. We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please maximum! 1700s Historic Home with 10 acres. The North East river borders one side to run and play, and the railroad line runs along the other side but is fenced. Rabbits, groundhogs, and squirrels are plentiful! Field mowed area in some spots, so not all lawn cut grass at this time. It is mowed regularly but may be of varying heights throughout the summer. Woods are available to walk through; however, no trails are available yet (coming soon!). Privacy in the backyard, may see occasional joggers or fishermen on the street out front. Circular driveway is good for laps. The fenced portion of the yard is only for advance approved usage by very young or small dogs. Please keep dogs off of front porch; Gazebo is available for shade or inclement weather. Sniffspot tote is located under the gazebo in a teal tote. Please leave dirty bowls and towels outside of bin for cleaning.

The property also includes spacious lawns, allowing your four-legged friends to run and play to their heart's content. At the very back of the property, if it rained recently you will find a small stream that winds its way through the woods. The backyard boundary is marked by a tree line and untrimmed grass, following where the fence used to be. The Creature People Off Leash Dog Park

Large & well kept private off leash dog park. Conveniently located to 141, Faulkland Rd & Kirkwood Hwy. We are happy to provide toys for play or balls for fetching. We welcome you to pull up a chair or relax in the hammock while your dogs get exercise. We have three bird feeders so there’s lots of birds to watch, you are also welcome to feed our rooster or chickens. We also run a dog daycare so if you like we usually have other dogs for your dog to play and socialize with. Our grass is treated for fleas and ticks naturally but we do ask for our visiting dogs to be on a flea and tick preventative to keep everyone safe and comfortable. You are welcome to use the fire pit on chilly days. We also have a galvanized tub for washing your pets paws or even bathing if you like.
