Welcome to Waffles Ranch! We're excited to share our little slice of Colorado with you and your pups. Our 0.5-acre fully fenced private pasture offers plenty of space to run, sniff, explore, and play—all with beautiful views of North Table Mountain and room to roam. We created Waffles Ranch because we know how valuable it can be to have a safe, private place where dogs can truly stretch their legs, train, and enjoy the outdoors. Whether your pup loves zoomies, chasing scents, practicing new skills, or simply relaxing in a quieter environment, we hope you'll feel at home here. Guests are welcome to enjoy our splash pad, dog pool, fresh water station, bowls, toys, waste bags, towels, and agility equipment, including jumps, weave poles, and a tunnel. Unwind under the pine trees in our shaded seating area, complete with two chairs and a coffee table (and don't worry if your pup hops on the table—ours certainly does!). For your comfort, the pasture and seating area are treated periodically with pet-safe products to help reduce mosquitoes and make outdoor play more enjoyable for both dogs and humans. Accessibility note: Waffles Ranch includes an upper grassy area with shade and seating, accessible by stairs. Dogs with mobility limitations or joint issues may prefer to remain in the lower pasture. (We are working on solutions to make this more accessible for all pups!) We're always making improvements and would love your feedback as Waffles Ranch continues to grow. Goldmine Basecamp - 5 Acre Partially Fenced Private Dog Experience In Black Hawk

We sit at 9,000 ft above the fog and in the sun with a good chance for snow in the winter months! We own 5 acres w/ an existing gold mine from 1885. Three sides of our property back to the National Forrest! We are the perfect “Basecamp” for all that you want your dog to experience in the mountains. There are large areas to run, play, rest and explore! Access our private trailhead and enter the National Forest where thousands of acres can be enjoyed by you and your dog. There is even a small stream on the trails where your dog can get wet and chase little animals. The stream strength depends on weather - but it is fairly small and easy. We are lifelong animal lovers and proud dog parents to a sweet English Bulldog. Our yard is spacious, private, and about the size of a park. Perfect for pups who love to run, sniff, and explore! We have a covered patio for shade and can provide fresh water during your visit. You’re welcome to bring your dog’s favorite toys to make the play session even more fun, however, we provide some as well! My dog will always be indoors during your booking time to give you and your pup space and privacy to enjoy the yard freely. We’re excited to share our little slice of doggie heaven with you and your furry friend! To keep our yard safe and enjoyable for everyone, please follow these simple guidelines: • PLEASE pick up after your pup. Waste bags must be used and disposed of properly. I have had several instances where poop was not cleaned up after a booking, and I’ve had to go out and pick it all up in a hurry before the next booking. This would be so greatly appreciated! • No digging, please! We want to keep the yard in great shape for all visitors. • Supervise your dog at all times. This ensures safety for your pet and respect for the space. • We typically leave a fresh bowl of water out for our doggie guests. If you happen to see the water bowl is not filled up, it’s because we weren’t home during your booking time to fill fresh water. You have full permission to access the hose to fill the water bowl with fresh water. • Treat the space with care. This is our family’s yard, and we’re happy to share it with respectful guests! 4th Mesa 7 acre Private Dog Park In Bailey

10% of profits donated to local SPCA monthly. 7 acres of fenced forest to play on including a hiking trail for the pet owners! There is a switch back trail through the middle of the property marked by tree branches/logs and pink/green flags. Further trail description below the instructions. Best way to find the trail from the gate is to either follow the fence line up to the right all the way to the top of the property or walk straight up the gulley until you see the first green flag. The green flags mark the beginning and end of each switchback. There are 29 rows of switchbacks. Between the green flags there are pink flags to guide you with branches and logs to mark the left and right of each trail. There are a few places where the trail merges which is marked by 2 yellow flags. The last (or first depending on the ascent or descent chosen) trail row has yellow flags that have been colored pink (see pictures at the very end of the collage). It is about a 4 mile round trip hike if you follow the switch backs up then down (or vice versa). For you hiking purists the switchback rows are not perfectly parallel. This was a 3 year manual effort. The more ya’ll hike it the more visible it will be.

Country Run's 58 Acre Private Ranch In Conifer

Country Run's Private Ranch is 58 acres located just shy of one mile off of Highway 285 off of Pleasant Park Road. An amazing location - a hidden gem. As you walk from the parking area along the path, the property opens up into a beautiful aspen forest with wooden benches and a large meadow. Half way down the meadow on the left (west) side is a small riparian area with Alder trees - the beginning of several spring fed creeks. The hillside on the east side of the property offers rock outcroppings, large rock benches and 360 views. Our dogs thoroughly enjoy their time here and we hope your dog does, too! Depending on the time of year, the spring fed area can be muddy, an old towel is recommended for the drive home. This property is perfect for dog walks, picnics and celebrations. Odin's Aspen Grove 2 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Rollinsville

Welcome to Odin’s Aspen Grove! Fully fenced 2 acre spot in a mature aspen grove with a meadow. There are some walking paths cut through the meadow so you can enjoy the whole area. This spot is extremely quiet and peaceful! If you’re looking for a tranquil, mountain, nature-filled spot, this is it. Check out the historic cabin! There is also a table, chairs, and an outlet if you would like to work remote while here. This spot is inclusive and safe for marginalized people, including queer, trans, and BIPOC folks! This spot does have physical access challenges for people with disabilities - please message me for more information if needed. Some important notes about the spot: -Access is on a dirt road. High clearance is not needed but in winter, you should have winter tires / 4wd / AWD or backup chains. -You will probably not have cell service here. I will provide the WiFi info before you arrive. I also recommend downloading Google Maps for offline use. -Terrain is uneven, please watch your step. -There are dog toys throughout the yard. -The silver trash can is for dog poop. You will find dog bags on the fence next to it. -You can’t see any other houses from the fenced area. -You may encounter wildlife (moose, deer, etc)… typically outside of the fence but possible they could jump inside. -You should typically not see any other dog or human. You might hear a dog barking in the distance or occasionally my dog barking from inside. You might see me walking around inside my home through the windows. There is a small chance my neighbors will ride their horses behind the fenced area but this is not common and they usually move through quickly. -If you need towels, please ask ahead of time. -Please, no digging in the area with short grass near the house, near any fence lines or near the solar array or well head. Do not enter the solar array or well head enclosure. -Access on the property is limited to the fenced area.
