Our property is a dog’s paradise! We have an open backyard, wooded trails, and an orchard out back with tall grasses. We keep the trails and orchard mowed for walking, but your dog will have ample woods, puddles, and other adventures at their disposal! Since we live in the woods, we occasionally have trees fall down on our 5 foot welded wire fence. Please be mindful if your dog is an exit seeker, although we walk the fence and mend any spots we see often. There is a large pole barn visible near the gate where you enter that is our neighbor’s yard. His yard/barn is not visible from the rest of the property once you’re down the path a little ways. For SPRING/SUMMER months, tics and mosquitos are around. We do not spray our land, so make sure you and your pup have the protection you need. In summer mosquitos are often worse near dawn and at dusk, especially in thicker parts of the woods, and less so in the backyard and orchard areas. In the winter, we snowmobile our trails to keep them walkable! There may be slippery spots here and there, so prepare accordingly! Be sure to look ahead at the roads on MN 511 in case of winter weather.

My backyard is almost 1 acre of fully fenced fun! Conveniently located, easy parking. Low visibility of other dogs or people. Tons of room to run and sniff! *Water is off until May. Please bring water.* The water is usually left ready to go, but the spigot on the side of the house is off. To use it, open the valve on the side of the house by the driveway.
