Description

Explore a unique piece of history while enjoying the tranquility of large, private, well-appointed land, located next to an original stonework trestle constructed in the 1850s for the Erie Railroad. Your dogs will love wander along the abandoned railroad bed, trekking through the shale-bottomed stream, or relaxing while overlooking the water. While mostly shallow, the stream deepens at points for short swims. Your dog will love the rocks and sticks and playing in the water. The site is approximately 3 acres with a quarter mile marked trail.

We had the BEST time! It took about 50 mins for me to get here and the trip was well worth it! So much to explore and getting in the water with my pup was the best. We will be booking as often as possible now that the weather is nice. Thank you for sharing this little piece of heaven with us!

Traveled an hour to get to this spot. My dogs had a blast. Nice mix of water and woods. Nothing too deep water wise. Smells kept my dogs entertained for hours and they could really run! I have a Doberman and Pomeranian both could explore safety. Heads up, make sure to check your dogs for ticks, as in any wooded areas.

This is a great property to spend time at. Beautiful trails, nice area to picnic, eat, etc. Super clean bathroom and amenities. We brought our two German Shepherds and they loved it. Will definitely return.

This place was amazing!! I can’t speak highly enough of it. So much space to run around and explore, a beautiful creek, a picnic area to eat at. The host had great communication and was quick to answer any questions we had. Definitely a place to check out!!!!

This spot was beautiful! The area is HUGE and the trails are nice, as is walking down the stream. We did not see nor hear any dogs or people anywhere near the spot. This is the epitome of what a Sniffspot should be. Thanks so much for having your land available for rental - we drove 1 hour for this and certainly will do so again when we're visiting WNY again!

Lovely private fenced yard bordering Mill Road Park. Private parking, handicap accessible. Come relax with your dog in this quiet haven, only 15 minutes from downtown Buffalo. We have a table and chairs available in non-snow seasons, water for your pup, access to a hose if you need to hose off at all. Please feel free to reach out if there’s anything else you need!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
