The place to park is right off the county road where you would turn down the dirt road. There’s a small sign indicating where to park. This Sniffspot was lovely and we had a great time. I wasn’t expecting all the toys and that was a delightful surprise. There was even water set out. I do agree with the other reviewers that the fence is more of a suggestion for your dog. My medium size dog walked right through the fence twice and I had to call her back. Just make sure your dog has good recall or bring a long line and you’ll have no problem. We will definitely be back.
Awesome I found it easily. I over shot the parking area at first but the Sue kind came out and re directed me. It was lovely though! Quiet, poo-bags and a trash can were right by the entrance (very handy thanks). I’ll definitely be back with my pup!
Location was easy to find, clean, and spacious. I would have appreciated a sign indicating that I was in the right place; I felt a little bit like I was trespassing. My dog struggles with anxiety and sensory issues (she won’t wear a harness and doesn’t even like her leash to touch her body) and I had hoped that exploring a large space where she can explore off-leash would be beneficial for her. Unfortunately, she was anxious (through no fault of the spot or spot owner’s) and seemed to be bothered by the rough and pointy turf. We were only there 20 minutes before she wanted to leave. I had also hoped I would be able to bring our smaller dogs to this spot in the future, but there were many parts of the fencing that they could easily slip through, and I’m not sure I could trust their recall in a place with so many new smells. I think the spot would be perfect for other dogs, but unfortunately just didn’t work out for my anxious dog and would not be ideal for my smaller guys.
As always such a great spot!
My dog had the best time sniffing and chasing the ball here. We will definitely be coming back! We did not see any other dogs or humans during our time. There are gaps in the fence that a small/medium dog could easily get through and you are next to a road, so this spot is best for dogs with good recall.
Pup loved it! Great views! No snow or mud
Always a great place!
Great spot! There was plenty of room for my pup to play in. Lots of wide open space. The grass/shrubs were cut down low so that wasn’t an issue. There was also a trash can for poop bags which was nice. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful property! We will be back.
Great space! Definitely worth the wide open space and is so nice to have a path plowed out around the fence line for easy walking! FYI a pup could definitely get through the fence in some places if that’s an issue for some doggos. Also if you have a sensitive nose there is definitely some “cow smells” but you get used to it and it’s nothing to be too bothered over!
3 dogs this time. They romped, chased the ball and had a fun hour together.
