Fully fenced, private backyard (about 0.25 acre) with lots of shade for off-leash time. Great for dogs who need space away from busy parks, crowds, or overstimulation. Ideal for sniffing, exploring, playing, or relaxed training sessions. ‼️ ‼️ Important to note: there is a neighboring dog behind the back fence that may be outside at times and can occasionally be seen or heard. My dog loves running the fence line with my neighbors dog.
