Welcome! I hope you enjoy our little piece of land! We are blessed to have a large, fully fenced backyard with a small wooded area as well. We live in a residential neighborhood so we have put privacy ivy on the front fencing to block the view of the driveway and road. We have several animals of our own but we will either be safely inside or away from the property when you visit so you can enjoy your park in peace! If you are interested in a play date and would like to discuss a dog play date I'd love to chat with you. Please pick up after your pet and place any trash/poop in green trash can before leaving. This is a backyard pup paradise. Lots of room to run and play and chase balls. Usually some shade on either side of the yard unless it’s the middle of the day. The back porch is available for the parents to sit in the shade and watch. Lots of room to explore and sniff.

A beautiful backyard all for dogs! There ia also a nice patio for humans to relax while the dogs play.

Fully fenced backyard available for use set against a backdrop of woods. Mix of grass and dirt areas. Faucet available for water. Daytime only. No dogs allowed outside of fenced area.

Entering the spot: The gate is to the right of our garage, it just swings open and is held shut by a metal loop. There is no lock. Parking: Our driveway is steep and curves. You can park in the driveway in front of the garage and then back into the space beside our truck to drive down the driveway when leaving, I do not recommend backing down it. I am also happy to open our garage to give you more room if needed. We used to have a F250 and were able to navigate without issues. You can also park in the culdesac in front of our house. Getting Here: We live in a gated community so I will have to call in a pass (this is why I require a 2 hour notice for visits). I will reach out when you confirm your visit to request a first and last name to call in a pass for you to enter. Use YMCA Camp Thunderbird’s address to be sure you go to the main gate of our neighborhood. The gate is manned 24/7. Give them your name and our address and they will provide you with a paper pass. Please note, you will be required to show them your drivers license to enter. Restroom: If you need to use the restroom, please just send me a message so that I know you may be inside. To access it, use the doors closest to the hose in the back yard. There is a half bathroom inside immediately to the left. Please note this amenity is only available if we are home. You can message prior to booking an appointment to confirm availability. WiFi: Info sent upon request when booking is confirmed.
