2 Acre Fully Fenced Pasture In Brooklyn

Two acres of fenced grass pasture. Grass may be long at times. Fence is 4’ ag fence, if your dog is small double check that it can’t slip under the gates. There are no shelters or structures but you may bring your car through the gate and bring any additional items you would like. The only shade is in the evening from trees. To enter pull in at the dark blue house, take a left and drive through the lawn to the gate. You may park anywhere inside or outside of the fenced area, and leave the gate open when you leave.

Has your dog become a couch potato? Bring it on out for some good conditioning. Recommended for hunting/sporting dogs and large dogs, we have 100+ acres fenced in with 10' tall fence. Owner will need to walk with their dog (off leash of course) since sight of your dog is limited. The property includes a creek that runs across the front of the property, crop fields (currently soybeans), wooded areas, wetland, and some gentle hills. You can walk the perimeter of the fence and down many trails. It takes me about 40 minutes to walk the front part of the perimeter I cover with my dogs. There is a pond but due to the heat, it is currently covered in algae. Your dog will have access to the creek for drinking, swimming, and playing in. There are a few plastic Adirondack chairs set out for resting. Depending on the time of day, you may hear and/or see my dogs and our rental house occupants dogs. There will be no other dogs inside the fenced area when you visit. This is also in a farming area, so you may hear livestock from neighboring farms. I cannot guarantee that your dog will be clean or stick-tight free when leaving but they will have fun and be tired. This is a great spot for conditioning your upland bird dog before hunting season. No shooting or hunting on our property.

Our beautiful 1/4 acre with a gorgous hillside view of peaceful pine trees is located in Vandercook Lake. It is a great yard to relax and romp in.Doggy pools are on site depending on the weather as well as toys to play with and of course drinking water for our furry friends. Flowers and small gardens are on the property .The yard is basically full sun, but shade is provided from the trees on east and south sides of the yard. Appropriate accessories will be on site to assist with doggy clean up.

Our property is a 12 acre lot with a seven acre hayfield at the back. We have a runoff creek located along the edge the property that fills with up to one foot of water during the rainy season, as well as a trail around the hayfield they goes along the creek. We do have one dog on our property, while she is dog friendly, she will be kept inside during all bookings for the safety of all animals involved. Our neighbors on the adjoining property have two small dogs, which are not visible from the main play area, only if you walk the trail around the field. We provide a water pump from our well that can be used to fill the community dog bowls, a picnic table and grilling area(provide your own 1lb propane tank), as well as a 40 foot chain that can be anchored anywhere on the property. During the growing season (may-september) access to the hayfield is restricted for humans only, as footsteps through the field break the alfalfa, however off leash dogs may have access to the field year round. Keep in mind this is an unfenced property on a county road, dogs should be properly trained off leash or kept on a lead at all times for their own safety.
