In the summer there is grass and gravel to play on. In the winter there is snow and we snow blow routes for our dogs to get around. There is currently a pile of mulch to play on also. There is a driveway or road parking available. We have two dogs who use our yard but they will stay inside while you visit. Welcome to Beaverton's Dog Trails! Please access the trails from Concession 6. Punch these coordinates into Google Maps: 44.4415942, -79.1065234. There is a SniffSpot Sign at the entrance. You may park in the private driveway. At times the river will be high, and you may only be able to cross the river on the white trail as there is a bridge. Please be advised that you are in bear territory. Carry the bear spray provided if it makes you more comfortable. You are also in tick territory. Please pick up after your dog, there is a waste bin at the entrance. Please help yourself to a laminated map at the entrance and return after your walk. The map is posted throughout the trails with "you are here" symbols to help you navigate the trails. There is also bug spray in the cabinet at the trail entrance.
