55This is dog paradise! Not only are the trails fantastic, but a field for the bird dogs and a creek for the water dogs!! This has become my favorite place to spend time with my dogs!
55This sniffspot is truly remarkable. There is endless space for your dog to run freely and still be within eyesight, plenty of shade if you need to take a beat of rest, a quaint creek for the dogs to cool off, and tons of smells and nature sounds to keep them busy! It also tops the list as far as cleanliness! My pup had the best time! We can’t wait to go back!
55Our visits to this spot keep getting better because there is so much to explore. Today we all waded in the creek — a true bonus in the heat. I wish our dog slowed down enough - even for a second- so I could capture his smile in a photo.
55Beautiful
55My dogs were obsessed with the creek! They were able to easily find it and had a great time. Would return next time we’re in the area!
55Visited again on a sunny day and this spot did not disappoint! Our dog bounced back and forth across the creek, and we all enjoyed exploring this beautiful place.
55This spot is private, gorgeous, and has a many options for dogs and humans to explore, even in the rain. We will be back.
55As always another amazing time here!
55Beautiful property! Creek is outstanding! Henry our hound loved it and so did we.
55Georgi, our German Shepherd, absolutely loves running free in the fields and the paths leading to the creek. It's so great to be able to let her off leash on 100 acres. It's a wonderful experience for all of us! Thank you!!

Description

Bottomless Smells. 100 acre farm. Lots of space for your doggos and you to roam. It is a rustic magical place. Parking is far from the street down a gravel driveway. Safe for your pup and you to get out of the car. You can park anywhere. If you feel comfortable you can drive down to the lower field to get even further away from the road. I live down the street while I am fixing up the old house. So, there maybe someone at work in the house. Once you park, the best walking is down to the creek. Go to the lower field and look for the opening in the woods. 150yards from field is the creek. On a hot day, wear good creek shoes and walk up and down creek. If you cross the creek there is a great trail that circles around to the Powerline. Warnings: 1. there are lots of deer! 2. There are old barns. Do Not enter any of the buildings! They are very dangerous!!!! I have rescued reactive dogs. I want to create a safe space for your dogs and you to enjoy this great property.

A&J's Private Dog Park In Guilderland/Albany (Use code A&J_NEW for $2 off your first visit)

Welcome to A+J’s private dog park! When you book a visit, you and your dog(s) are the only ones in the space. Playdates are welcome. Our Sniffspot is our fully fenced, backyard attached to the house, with a private entrance from the driveway. All breeds are welcome. Reactive dogs are welcome. This centrally located spot in the Capital Region will be a comfortable, safe and fun space for you and your dog(s) to play. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Guilderland (near the borders of Albany and North Bethlehem) with ample driveway space. Easy access to the backyard - you can use the private black metal side gate (pictured) to enter the backyard. You’ll find ample space for running and playing. There’s even a dedicated smaller fenced in dog area within the larger fenced in backyard (if you’d like to use that dog-friendly space as well). For the humans, there is a large covered porch, with ample seating and outlets for charging your phone. For dogs, there is a water bowl with readily accessible hose for water, toys and treats available for use while in the backyard. We have two small pups (Daschunds) of our own (Murphy and Bucky) who love their backyard but they will be inside during your visit so your pups will have the space all to themselves. Please feel free to reach out with any questions! ———— VACCINES: All visiting dogs must be up to date on all core vaccines. DISCOUNTS: Dog walkers and those with multiple dogs, message me to chat about discounts. Membership options are also available for discounted rates. REFERRALS: Enjoyed your visit? Refer a friend! The agility yard is a great way to give your pet physical and mental enrichment while strengthening the bond between you. Safety is paramount, so you’ll find our Agility Yard enclosed by a four-foot fence. However, if your dog happens to be an enthusiastic jumper, we recommend visiting the Athens Bunker Hill Dog Park, offering an open and adequately fenced space to accommodate their energy. While enjoying the Agility Yard, please note that there’s a road nearby. For your pet’s safety and the safety of others, keep your pet leashed when entering and exiting the yard. The road sees regular foot traffic, with people walking, dog-walking, and cycling. Passersby may pause to admire your training efforts. Respect for the environment is crucial—remember to CLEAN UP after your pet. Doggie bags are conveniently available on the fence, and you can dispose of waste in our designated garbage receptacle. If your pet happens to dig, please fill in any holes they create. To ensure everyone’s safety, please refrain from using any of the equipment; it’s exclusively for animals. We also emphasize the importance of gentle training methods—excessive force will not be tolerated. Most pets are eager learners, so patience is key. If you’re interested in learning effective training techniques, feel free to reach out for a quick lesson based on my experience with my own dogs. Above all, make training a positive and enjoyable experience for both you and your pet. Visiting our agility yard is a direct contribution to our nonprofit One Dog One World's mission. We sincerely appreciate your support. onedogoneworld.org
