The yard is partially shaded by a large ficus tree, there’s 1000-2000 feet of grass. (Many different types of grass for the pups nibbling pleasure). Great yard for Zumiez. Large pool to cool off in or practice doggy paddling. Covered cabana by the pool and back patio with a couch to relax and watch pups run around. There is also a table that seats 8+ with a large umbrella. We’ve hosted doggy birthday parties, slow intros for aggressive dogs, and many many playdates.

A hose to cool down if necessary. Only one side of the yard is shared with neighbors so it feels very private.

Pool is open from May to October. Pool fence has been REMOVED as of June 13, 2026. Keep in mind the pool is only for the dogs. If you need to get in for a minute to help your dog that is fine, but otherwise no humans swimming. There are two Adirondack chairs for humans to sit on and play with their dog. Those who do not follow these rules will not get a 5 star reviews or be allowed to book again. There are websites you can book pools through for human use.
