Seasonal Notes for Spring & Summer Visitors All amenities are now available. The porta‑potty and comfort features listed on the site are fully set up for the warm season. Outdoor furniture is set for summer. Tables, chairs, and shade features are out and ready for use. River conditions vary with weather. Water levels rise in spring and settle in summer, offering gentle access for wading and supervised play. Please review Sniffspot’s water‑safety guidelines before visiting. Upon arrival, kindly park to the left, away from the house, and embrace the sprawling landscape. Your furry friends are invited to roam freely within the Adobe Hills and hay field. The fence is not visible from the driveway, but on the backside of the Hills, there is a farm fence to enclose the property. For clarity just keep your pups in the hayfield area and hillsides. For added security, a fully enclosed 10,000 sq ft area with a gate is available. Venture to the far side for a hike and discover two chairs perched atop the hill, offering an idyllic spot to admire the sunset. As a first-time guest, I'm happy to greet you upon request. While my own dogs will be indoors during your visit, please ensure to clean up after your pet and utilize the provided trashcan. There is water available for your pup in a clean bowl, and seating available for you! Plenty of room for your pup(s) to run, play fetch, and go potty. The owners do have dogs, who you may be able to hear inside the house. They will be kept inside the house 100% of the time during your booking.
