To ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for everyone, please review and follow these guidelines: 🐶 Dog & Owner Responsibilities -Supervised Play: Owners must remain with their dogs at all times. - Behavior Expectations: Aggressive behavior toward other dogs or humans will not be tolerated—such dogs must be removed immediately. - Leash Policy: Dogs should be leashed upon arrival and departure. Off-leash play is permitted within the designated area. 🌊 River & Property Rules - River Safety: Owners must monitor their dogs near the water to ensure safe play. Not all dogs are comfortable in moving water—please gauge your dog's comfort level before allowing them to swim. - Terrain Awareness: Sweet River has rocky terrain and a small sandy area —please be mindful of your dog’s paws and activity level while exploring. - Cleanliness & Waste Disposal: Please clean up after your pet—waste bags are available in the basket. 🛎 Amenities & Extras - Water Station: Fresh water is provided for dogs and a cool drink for moms and dads. 📅 Booking & Cancellation Policies - Arrival & Departure: Guests must arrive and leave within their scheduled time to avoid overlapping bookings. - Weather Considerations: If river conditions are unsafe due to rain or high currents, you may reschedule your visit at no additional cost. - Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to allow others the opportunity to book.
