45Great spot with lots of potential! My dogs had a good run and the owners are friendly and responsive. A few things that would make it even better: a designated spot for dog poop (even a simple bin or pail), clearer signage for the gate entrance, and a larger water bowl for bigger dogs. The owners are clearly still getting set up and were quick to help when I reached out. I'd happily give 5 stars once these things are sorted out. Thanks for opening up your yard!
55Nice space, fence is secure. Wish there was some clearer signage as to where the sniffspot paddock was, I took a guess based off the pictures in the listing. Beautiful scenery, but there are lots of other animals around. Chickens roamed freely, and a pasture with horses and goats are in sight which was more enrichment for Mo,but may be an issue for other dogs. Also this place has a dog boarding facility on site and it was full or barking/howling dogs.. it was very loud and would be an issue for reactive or highly sensitive/fearful dogs. Mo didn't even notice, thankfully. All in all a good little spot woth a few caveats

Description

We have a very large, fully fenced front yard with gate access from parking lot. *Please note there is an operating dog kennel at the back of the house* You will hear other dogs barking but you will not see them. There are other animals on the property as well. Horses & goats in back yard, chickens & cats free roam. These animals will not approach when with a dog, but leash training & a good grip required for all dogs on the walk from the car to the play yard. This yard goes unused aside from our two personal dogs that do not take advantage of it. We are hoping it can bring joy to other dogs in need. Great spot for lots of running! Reactive dogs are welcome IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD
