Bring your furry friend to our peaceful, fully fenced front pasture on 8 acres of rural bliss in Whonnock—just minutes from Pitt Meadows and the Fraser River we are close to Grant Hill trails and Whonnock Lake. This isn’t your average yard; it’s a spacious, open field perfect for off-leash romps, fetch marathons, and endless sniffing adventures. With peaceful views and fresh country air, your dog will feel like they’re on vacation while you relax on our garden bench or in the covered shelter. What Makes This Spot Paw-some: Size & Layout: Over 2 acres of usable fenced pasture (part of our full 8-acre property), flat and grassy with plenty of room to run. Ideal for high-energy dogs, reactive pups or multi-dog families. Fencing: Secure 4-5 ft perimeter fencing (no gaps—we’ve double-checked for escape artists!). Small shelter for shade or rainy-day lounging. Amenities: Fresh water, waste station with bags & disposal, shaded seating bench for you. Bring your own toys, balls, or agility gear—there’s space for training or just pure play. Note: on the few occasions when the temperature is below freezing we have to turn the water off so please bring a water bottle for your pup on those days. Scenery & Vibes: Lush green grass (mowed regularly) and classic Whonnock tranquility. Spot wildlife from afar (deer, birds) without any farm animals on-site. Year-round access—muddy spots are minimal. Access & Parking: Easy driveway pull-in off 108th Avenue. Park in our designated sniffspot spot. We’re dog-friendly hosts (our pups stay indoors during bookings). Dogs must be on leash until you get inside the fenced area. We offer a farm setting open field with loads of room for both dogs and their people. Private fenced parking area off the street. Enter off 248 Street at 5245 248 Street. Our park is fully fenced with both big and small dogs in mind. We have added a permanent shelter from both sun and shade complete with a picnic table and seating for you. There is a play structure to keep your kids busy. Welcome to our SUMMER PROGRAM starting April 1st. Our summer program includes fun, parkour and agility equipment to learn and bond with your dog. Bring treats for training! There is also a box of toys and a lost n found available. Water is provided. Please use the pooper scooper to pick up after your dogs. There is plenty of room to play ball or practice obedience or run. This is a farm setting but we are in a residential area so please cognizant of noise either by humans or dogs. It’s surrounded by trees for a nice private time. We look forward to hosting you!

With lots of room to run and play, your pup will love the open space and the variety of scents to discover under the shade of some big trees. There’s even a small trail at the far end of the yard, perfect for curious noses! For a unique touch, our friendly horses are nearby in a separate fenced area, adding a bit of farm charm to your dog’s adventure. It’s a peaceful and private spot for dogs to roam freely, unwind, or play to their heart’s content. Whether you’re looking for a safe place to let your dog run or just want a change of scenery, or wanna throw a big doggy picnic party, we welcome you to enjoy our property! For just an extra $5 charge, we will set up a fire for you to sit around and enjoy while your puppy is having pleasant adventure. You can bring some s’mores and sausages to grill over the flames and enjoy. Fire on us the good vibes on you, let’s have a picnic! DISCLAIMER!!! Since this space is in a horse farm and shared with the horses, you may see horse manure around. We do our best to clean all up before your visit, however, this a 2 acre land we probably won’t get to clean up completely everyday. LAPS Sniff Spot

This space has some a covered sitting area with bench, poop bags and a disposal bucket. Great spot for throwing the ball with the chuck-it, digging box (please don't let them take ALL the sand out) and a climbing apparatus for the dogs away from the fence line. Only vaccinated dogs use this space. Park and go straight to the front fenced yard for your time period. We ask that you do not walk your dog around the property or bring them into the shelter - only to and from the yard. There is a no "nose-to-nose" rule at the facility and no dog is too be off leash on the grounds unless contained in the fenced yard. Public washroom available while your dog is contained in your vehicle, inside the shelter between 9am and 5:30pm.

We also have a tether tug, offering your dog endless tug-of-war! We've also stocked various toys for your pup, including frisbees, Nerf guns, tennis balls, and more. Please let me know if you have any questions! When you place a booking, you will receive the yard's location and instructions on how to enter it. Please NO HUMANS on the dog equipment. This will break the equipment.

There is a deck box with all kinds of dog toys, beach towels for water days and a first aid kit, just in case. 🌻 The Farmstand: Stop by our welcoming farmstand at the entrance! Here we have plants, seasonal vegetables and fruits, Crazy Chicken Granny's painted rocks and more. This is where you will get your add-on kits for *Scent Course *S’mores kits (seasonal) 💧Seasonal Note: During the winter months, please be aware that some areas may have standing water. Shelly's 1 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog play space In Surrey

Lots of room for your dog to run and explore. It is fully fenced and a fence splitting the front and backyard. The backyard has big open spaces as well as lots of trees and bushes near the fence to explore. A tree did fall on part of the fence in back left corner but has lots of over growth it would be hard to get out (my dog has not been able to). There is also a pool that is not fully fenced in but can sit and watch your dog swim or join them :) If you would like to use the pool, please give me a day or 2 notice as i will nake sure the cover is off and skimmed, etc. The front yard is quite large as well with a gate at the driveway to close to have it fully fenced. I do have chickens but they are fully fenced in. There are tenants upstairs who have a dog but will be aware when you are using the property.
