Peaceful 1-Acre Nature Field for Dogs - Fort Langley

A private, gently rolling acre of natural farm land in Fort Langley, kept for one dog group at a time. No other dogs in sight or earshot, no road noise, just open space and quiet. This isn't a flat backyard lawn. It's wild grass, mowed low enough to run and sniff freely, with soft rises and dips and a wide-open, ranch-country feel. A natural freshet runs along one edge, songbirds are always around, and the occasional rabbit gives the bold ones something to chase. 1 Acre fully fenced grassy area Dog Park with covered seating area to enjoy your coffee. No sprays or pesticides used on grass. Long stretch for ball launching and getting out the zoomies. Another 12 acres of walking over a bridge of the Lil Campbell River into an incredibly lush forest. The forest is not all fenced and is open. Once over the bridge, it is the dog owner’s discretion of whether your dog is off leash or not. If your dog has a prey drive it’s advised to keep on a long leash for safety. It is a private forest so it is rare to see other dogs and people, but wildlife is always a possibility. Please keep your dog on a short leash from the parking area to the dog park area and also from the dog park to bridge for a walk through the trails in the forest. For a unique touch, our friendly horses are nearby in a separate fenced area, adding a bit of farm charm to your dog’s adventure. It’s a peaceful and private spot for dogs to roam freely, unwind, or play to their heart’s content. Whether you’re looking for a safe place to let your dog run or just want a change of scenery, or wanna throw a big doggy picnic party, we welcome you to enjoy our property! For just an extra $5 charge, we will set up a fire for you to sit around and enjoy while your puppy is having pleasant adventure. The badminton is put away. There is NO WATER available. Please bring your own. Hi. We are currently on the WINTER program. Come play with your dogs and family here. We offer a farm setting open field with loads of room for both dogs and their people. Private fenced parking area off the street. Enter off 248 Street at 5245 248 Street. Our park is fully fenced with both big and small dogs in mind. We have added a permanent shelter from both sun and shade complete with a picnic table and seating for you. There is a play structure to keep your kids busy. There is also a box of toys. Please use the pooper scooper to pick up after your dogs. There is plenty of room to play ball or practice obedience or run. This is a farm setting but we are in a residential area so please cognizant of noise either by humans or dogs. It’s surrounded by trees for a nice private time. We look forward to hosting you!

Medium Yard for Dogs in Coquitlam (No Escape Artists!)

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Figured I'd give this a try since I have such a nice, big, relatively unused backyard! I'm describing it as medium to be conservative, it's about 2500 sqft, give or take. Newly planted fruit trees around the perimeter of the yard along with other fruiting plants including a monstrous blackberry bush that straddles the adjacent property. Warning that there may be spiky vines on the edges of the property! *MAY 2026 UPDATE* The enormous property straddling bramble is GONE, as per the owner's wishes. So while the risk of spikes has gone down, the wall of privacy it created on the left side of the yard is also gone. Less privacy than before, but the neighbors do not own a dog. I hope disturbances are low with this new arrangement! PLUS it's summer, so there are raspberries and blackberries aplenty! But other than that, it's a wide open backyard, with some late day shade provided by the pine trees. The fence is a classic metal chain link, with only the entrance to the yard (more of a baby gate) and one divot in the back that a crafty (but small) canine could squeeze through (I've only ever seen cats use it tho), which is why I titled it "No Escape Artists!". Otherwise with the picnic table provided, it's easy to grab a seat, play with your pets, or just let them explore while you chill! Whole yard is in eyesight (except under the Pine trees).
