55My dog loves playing in water and this spot was perfect for him. The creek was flowing today so he would let the ball go and then try to get it as it flowed down the creek. Beautiful, quiet spot with a hill to climb which was great for a little extra cardio for him. Even if you didn't want to climb the hill, there is ample space to play.
55Beautiful property with tons of areas to explore! From splashing around in the flowing creek, to running the trails to the upper lawn, our pup had a great time. We’ll definitely come back. Highly recommend!
55My boys had a wonderful time sniffing everywhere and really enjoyed the little creek! Great place for them to run and explore! We will be back 😊
55Definitely muddy, so beware if you don't want to be so. But definitely big enough for my border collie, and great for a play date with dogs who love water!
55Oh, to have a yard like this one… plenty of space and just beautiful. There are two levels to the property and right now, the lower level is pretty muddy and mushy, but there’s still tons of room on the upper level and it is completely dry. The lower level is still very usable, but just wear the right shoes. My dog loved the creek and it’s at a great height for paw cleaning. The property is very clean and well-maintained. There are neighboring properties visible through the chain link fence, but I didn’t see or hear any other dogs or people. We had a great time and got some good exercise walking between the two levels and tossing a ball around. We’ve put this one on our favorites.
55Great place! My dog loved it
55Great spot! Could definitely hear dogs barking in the distance but no dogs to be seen anywhere :) My pup loved the river!
55Very diverse and exciting backyard for my pups to explore; one of my dogs is an absolute sniffing and exploring fiend and he had the best time! My other dog is a sprinter and there was tons of space for him to run. They both had the time of their lives! We will be back! Be sure to bring some towels to wipe your pups down afterwards with the creek and the mud around the creek. :)
55Lovely little spot, so convenient and the creek was so fun.
55This spot was awesome! The dogs loved running around through the mud and the creek. We will definitely be back!

Description

Private Dog Park on 1+ Acres near Mt. Scott Creek: We are a private park about ten minutes from Clackamas Town Center. A fully enclosed (1 acre) field and hills with Mt Scott Creek meandering through the lower field (the creek is not fenced at both ends). The creek runs all year; the water level reduces in the summer, but there are locations where dogs can still completely submerge themselves and cool off on hot days. In the winter, the water level rises and turns into rushing torrents after a few days of heavy rain. The entire acreage is pesticide-free, making it safe and ideal for dog owners who enjoy playing hide and seek with their pets. Rainy boots are recommended that one section of the lower field can get wet and muddy in the winter on rainy days, otherwise the majority of the fields, especially the upper fields, are completely dry. Sniffin' Hours: Monday through Sunday: 8 am to 7 pm (Spring & Summer) 8 am to 4:30 pm (Autumn & Winter) Our two 5-year-old Doberman and mastiff mixes will be indoor for the entire duration of your visit. Thank you for Sniffin' at our Spot! Daniel & family

Cleanliness

100% of guests said this spot was as clean as expected during their visit.

Hazards

There is a wooden stairs leading to the bridge, the stairs can be quite steep for dogs that pulled, you can release you dog at the gate (see photos for more details). The thick slope areas have some black berries creeping about. The slopes are quite steep with unmarked pathways, the lower and higher fields are flat but some areas are uneven with rocks and terrains, section of the walking path along the creek near foothill side are narrow, so hiker beware and hiking shoes are recommended.
