“Our dogs will be put up in the house when you book. Every once in a while, the neighbors dogs will be out on their side of the property. Don’t worry, your dogs will likely will not be able to see them unless you roam the open part of the property but they are rarely out.”

Description

Hello fur babies and humans! We have lots of property that is perfect as your private dog park. It is safe and so relaxing. You can come by yourself or book time with your dog families if wanted. We have multiple seating areas as well as beautiful scenery. Just be aware most of the property IS NOT FENCED YET, but does have a smaller fenced backyard area for dogs who are not good off leash. There are farm animals fenced in their own areas for you & your pups to enjoy watching. I will provide a few goodies for you such as dog bags, poop scoop, hand sanitizer, dog nail clippers, dog brush, a dog pool, and a water hose if you feel like giving your dog a bath! There is a beautiful pond for your dogs to swim in as well. I will also provide a few waters next to your dog goodies if you get thirsty 😊 for and extra fee. I’ll ask is that you respect our property as if it was your own. There are many things provided for you to use but please don’t take anything off of the property. If you need help with anything let me know!! Enjoy! 💕

We have two pigs Ginger & Dumplin!! They are the sweetest little potbelly pigs, and they have been a big hit at our Sniff spot! We will provide you with snacks to feed them! They are sweet girls, and love to interact with people!

We have a beautiful large fire pit for you to use on chilly days ❄️ Wood will be provided for you to enjoy as well as a lighter

Fresh Organic Eggs8 credits

These are farm fresh eggs already packaged and ready to go from me! They are collected daily and always fresh! Best Eggs you will ever eat! 🍳 (Sniffspot charges me a large fee so it takes away from my egg earnings. If you would like to pay me through Venmo, Cashapp, PayPal or leave cash, I will only charge you $6 for eggs) Priced per Dozen.

Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.

Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.

All we ask is that you treat our property with care as if it was yours. Also, we do dog boarding if you need someone to sit while on vacation!!
