Rent the best private dog parks hosted by locals in Hitchcock, Texas

We initially rented it out for 2 hours but my dog was so tired from running and playing we left after an hour. He had so much fun and took a big nap once we got home! The land was clean and exactly how the pictures look. We added on the pool and the pigs and my dog loved every moment of it. Highly recommend :)

This place is perfect for my pups! Very spacious. Mandy left clear instructions on how to enter the property and provided a lot of goodies. I was very grateful with the Off!!! I would definitely recommend this sniff spot. Easy to get to and my dogs had such a good time exploring.

Our pups had the time of their lives! Large space, well enclosed and safe! We will be visiting again soon. Recommend the options to feed the pigs and chickens. We added the fire pit but the wind was blowing hard. Safety first.

Lovely spot, Dyna really enjoyed checking out the livestock! Plenty of room for her to run and lots to sniff and explore.

Our dog absolutely loved every minute of our booking! She had so much space to sniff, run, cool down and enjoy the breeze. We are definitely looking forward to returning ☺️

My dog and I both had a great time here! Lots of room to run around and play, and he was fascinated by the pigs and chickens. The pigs are adorable and very calm; they didn’t seem to react to the dog barking at them which was great because he eventually got tired of that and I was able to get him to play with me a bit despite him being distracted by all the new smells and sights. He plopped down on the couch for a nap the second we got home; definitely worth the money, I’m sure we’ll be returning soon 😊

My dogs had an absolute blast running around and getting to watch the animals. The yard is huge with plenty of space for zoomies. The pigs were so friendly and adorable and didn’t seem afraid of my puppy that barked at them a bit. I highly recommend it!

Awesome experience!! We have 5 dogs ranging from a Husky down to a Chihuahua and every one of them had a blast! Everything you can imagine was supplied such as a huge water dish, toys, a baby pool, poop bags and a can to dispose it in along with lots of running space! The dogs loved visiting with the chickens and 2 pigs on the property as well! We will definitely be returning customers!! Well worth the money spent!

We drove an hour to visit this awesome back yard and I’m so glad we did because our dogs loved this place. There was so much exploring for them to do. They fell in love with the pigs and chicken. One thing I would say is please make sure to check your doggies paws for stickers when you leave because there were a lot. We will definitely be back!

This was my first time and I will definitely be back! It's a very special place. Mandy was so sweet to leave a basket of goodies, poop bags, toys, and even dog shampoo in case you want to take the opportunity to give your dog a bath. It's a very safe and secure property with tons of space to run and play. The pigs and chickens were awesome! My dog played so hard he tuckered out fairly quickly. I highly recommend taking advantage of buying the farm fresh eggs.... an added bonus! Mandy gave very clear instructions on how to enter the property. I can't wait to come back!

I’m a first timer with sniffspot. Mandy’s backyard was exactly like I hoped. My dogs could run as hard as they wanted without having to hit the brakes. They were enamored by the chickens and pigs. They could drink water as they pleased without having to ask me to go outside afterward. One of my dogs can’t respect the boundaries of other dogs and this very ample backyard was a treat for her. They couldn’t have had a better day and next time I’ll book a second hour and bring a lunch because my dogs both got a second wind as the hour came to an end. I drove 45 minutes each way and it was easily worth it.

This is our first Sniffspot. And will be our favorite!!! My dogs loved loved the space Mandy has. They enjoyed watching their pigs and chickens! You can go inside to feed them which was really fun! They had the basic amenities, it is a clean secured space. There were no dogs around which is a great plus! Cannot wait to book with them again.

We had a great time WylieCoyote sniffed and sniffed and sniffed. A bit too cold for Ginger snd Dumplin but the chickens kept him busy! Highly recommend add ons of pool and feed.

Very spacious spot with plenty of toys and space to run. Our dogs were fascinated by the pigs and chickens at the spot, but they weren't so much of a distraction that our dogs hyper focused on them and didn't enjoy the rest of the space.

We live in an Apartment and have a Dog Park but its pretty small. I have an Anatolian Shepherd puppy ( Jonah) And a 14 year old Black Mouth Curr mix (Jill)) So they are both pretty big Dogs. Eveytime the Shepherd tries to run he has to put on the brakes just as soon as he gets going. I can't remember where I heard/read about Sniff Spot App but I/we are So Grateful that we did!!! I have shopped for about a month and looked at all sorts of options. I was really looking for an Acre or more with a fence big enough to keep my Bratts in. I came across this Amazing place that had the fence, the space, and a TON of extra Ammenities!!! I went to read the reviews and NOT 1 Bad review that I could find!! And I really search for those just incase there is a problem with something I'm really interested in. Like I said nothing but Fantastic Reviews!!! So I went ahead and booked a visit a week or so ago with the extras I wanted and EVEN the option for FRESH EGGS!!!! 🥚🍳 As the time came closer I looked at the westher and we were supposed to have Severe Thunderstorms. So I reached out to host to express my concerns about the weather and asked if we could play it by ear or if I needed to reschedule for another day. She was SUPER understanding and accommodating and said we could play it by ear. I contacted her again last night (appointment was for today!) And asked if we could go ahead and reschedule for next weekend because it still looked bad last night. Again She was accommodating. Well we woke up this morning and it was overcast but no rain. So AGAIN I messaged her and asked if we could go ahead and come out this morning.. Guess what she said...... Of course No problem!! How stinkin cool is that?? I would have been like, this lady is crazy and can't make up her mind!! So not only is the Host the Coolest but her place is AMAZING!!!! When we got there I walked the fence line to make sure it was all secure. It was Very secure!! I also looked for holes,, poop etc.. and none was to be found.. Very Clean!!! So I let my Bratts loose and they weren't really sure if they could separate from me. Didn't take long and they were off!! I watched them for a bit to pick up their poo, (Mandy provided bags) but after that they went exploring. Lots of new stuff! They have never seen Pigs and Chickens!! Jonah just barking and was very curious. Jill was trying to bite the wire fence......😏 After I got her attention on something else she was already exhausted!!! Im so glad her Critters were used to that because it would have broken my heart if we could never come back to this Oasis of space for my Bratts and Me because my Girl acted like a Heathen!! After I felt comfortable letting them be I actually meditated on the deck in the center of property. It was overcast and a great breeze was blowing. So Very peaceful for us ALL. The kiddie pool was a Big success!! Jonah is a Water Baby through and through and Jill even got in and layed down to cool off. I set my phone alarm for 15 min before we were supposed to leave because I just knew it would take that long to round them up to go. Boy was I wrong!! I called them and they both came immediately, very slowly no fuss or mess. They were EXHAUSTED!!! So to close because I could go on and on about Mandy and her property and extras. We will DEFINITELY BE BACK!!! ALOT!!! We will probably try a night time so I can sit in front of the Fire Pit and look at stars What an AMAZING, UNFORGETTABLE Time we had today!!!! And could NOT have asked for a better Host!! The Bratts and I thank you so much Mandy for being so accommodating and your kind hospitality and welcoming us to your home/property! I would recommend this location repeatedly. It is easy to access, secured and plenty of space to enjoy, on top of the extra add ons. We had a blast feeding the pigs & chickens, you also get a view of the cows and the spot is very quiet. The host provides essentials for your pet so you don't need to worry.
