🐾 Our Backyard Sniffspot Rules Welcome! We want this to be a safe, comfortable place where your pup can run, sniff, explore, and just be a dog. Please help us take care of the space by following a few simple rules. 🐕 Your reservation is your time. Please only enter the yard during your scheduled reservation and leave by the end of your reserved time so the next guest can enjoy the same privacy. 🚪 Close & latch the gate. Please make sure the gate is completely closed and latched when entering and leaving. 👀 Supervise your pup. Dogs should never be left in the yard unattended. You are responsible for your dog and their behavior while visiting. 💩 Scoop the poop. Please clean up after your dog before leaving. Use the provided bags and designated trash can. 🕳️ No digging, please! We know some pups love a good excavation project, but please redirect digging and help us keep the yard intact. 🌿 Respect the property. Please stay within the designated Sniffspot area and keep dogs out of any marked-off spaces, garden beds, or personal areas. 🔊 Be mindful of our neighbors. Normal dog noises are totally expected! We just ask that you redirect excessive or prolonged barking when possible. With that said, on the rare occasion that the neighbors dog adjacent to us is out, he will bark. He is deaf so you may need to redirect your dog to keep him from barking. However, neighbors are aware and do not mind him singing to the neighborhood every now and then. 🧒 Children are welcome with supervision. Any children accompanying you must remain supervised by an adult. 🚭 No smoking, vaping, drugs, or alcohol. 🧸 Leave the yard how you found it. Please don’t leave toys, treats, food, trash, or other belongings behind. 💧 Shared amenities You’re welcome to use any water, bowls, seating, toys, or other items specifically provided for Sniffspot guests. Please return them where you found them. ⚠️ See something? Tell us! If you notice a loose fence board, damaged gate, hole, broken item, or anything else that could affect another dog’s safety, please send us a message. ❤️ Most importantly — have fun! This space is here for dogs to have somewhere safe to sniff every blade of grass, get the zoomies out, roll around, play, and enjoy being a dog. We hope you both love your visit!
