Hazards

A few small spots for small dogs to escape under but the perimeter fence is secure. Horses. Electric tape fence. Typically higher than dogs tails, but we do our best to turn off the current when dogs are visiting.

This is on a working horse ranch and there are horses around the fenced arena. It was great exposure for my dogs and also an opportunity to train around horses. There are dogs in other areas around the property that can be seen and heard. My dogs were not bothered. We did not venture out to the rest of the property on this visit. The host had good communication. Thanks for sharing the space with us!

Lovely property, with a GIANT arena to play in that is clean, with soft dirt. Great place to throw a ball or frisbee. If your dog is okay with horses, you can explore the property further. Lots of opportunities to sniff and explore. No shade at the arena, but as it was on the cooler side the day I visited, that didn’t matter for us.
