PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME WITH ANY QUESTIONS AT: CONSTANTCOMPANIONLLC@YAHOO.COM THANK YOU! I LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU!! IMPORTANT: **This SniffSpot is a designated FEAR FREE ZONE. What this means for pet parents/guardians is that NO AVERSIVE TRAINING EQUIPMENT OR AVERSIVE TRAINING PRACTICES can be used during your visit to this property. **Absolutely NO FIRST TIME INTRODUCTIONS for dogs are to be done on the property. If you are inviting additional dog friends, they must already have an established relationship with your dog/dogs. Below are the guidelines for visiting my spots: IMPORTANT CHANGES: **Everyone that visits the Acres will now only use the Trail To The Acres to access the area. The trail begins in the parking area at the sign: Trail To The Acres. The trail is made visible with orange markings on posts and trees. Please message me if you have questions. **I have implemented new safety protocols for visiting the property. You will now find a sign hanging on the gate to the area. On one side it states OPEN, on the other side IN USE. Please flip the sign when entering the area to IN USE and return it to OPEN when you leave (it swivels). Additionally, you will find a snap attached to a small chain hanging at the latch level on the inside. Please place the snap on the inside pin to secure the gate. Please message me if you have questions. 1. Please message me if you are unable to keep your reservation and if additional people will be visiting with you. 2. You are a guest on Private Property. You have reserved and have permission to access "The Acres" area ONLY. 3. PLEASE NOTE: This SniffSpot is a designated FEAR FREE ZONE. What this means for pet parents/guardians is that NO AVERSIVE TRAINING EQUIPMENT OR AVERSIVE TRAINING PRACTICES can be used during your visit to this property. Aversive training equipment includes: ELECTRIC COLLARS, PINCH COLLARS, AND CHOKE COLLARS. Muzzles and dogs appropriately acclimated to muzzles are welcome. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS OR NEED TO DISCUSS ALTERNATIVES, PLEASE MESSAGE ME IN ADVANCE. 4. PLEASE NOTE: YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION IN ADVANCE. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE HISTORY INCLUDES A DISTEMPER/PARVO COMBINATION VACCINE. I can only accept proof of vaccination from licensed veterinarians. I have a 30 year career in pharmacy, 8 years experience as a veterinary technician, and a lifetime of caring for animals. I've worked with shelter dogs for 12 years and have experience with a variety of breeds and temperaments. I am also a Peaceable Paws Affiliate and will complete my PMCT (Pat Miller Certified Trainer) credential in 2022.

Thank you in advance!***I have a fully enclosed fenced in backyard with 5/6 ft paneled fence. There are a few small holes that have been blocked but if your dog is a digger or very small use caution. Water play is available by request (my hose). I love animals and very excited to help pups get exercise and play time they need! Any requests can likely be accommodated :)

The fence has recently been repaired to address any gaps at the bottom of the fence, but as with any spot, owners must watch their dogs at all times. The height of the fence (4-5 ft depending on slope) is suitable for most small and medium dogs and even large dogs who aren't jumpers. If your dog is a jumper or an escape artist, you may need a place with a higher fence. Owners are responsible for picking up after their dog with provided bucket and scoop. We scoop daily or more and endeavor to keep the spot poop free for your visit, however, understand that we do allow last minute bookings and that it is possible that if you book with very little time before the reservation begins, we may not be able to get out to the yard to check for any feces before you arrive. No other dogs will be present in yard while yard is rented, however, the neighbors do have 2 dogs that are outside occasionally but not often.
