Description
These are the rules set in town ordinance TO 188-1: D. Conduct in off-leash areas. (1) Voice control and observation on public property. Every person who allows a dog to be off-leash in a designated area (TO 188-1; Subsection B (2)(d), above) shall maintain voice control over the dog and shall keep the dog under observation at all times. The following also shall apply: (a) Dogs must wear current license tags and rabies vaccination tags. (b) Children 10 years or younger are not allowed in the off-leash area. (c) All handlers must be 18 or older. (d) Children 11 through 17 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. (e) No female dogs in season (heat) are allowed in the off-leash area. (f) No prong or choke collars on dogs in the off-leash area. (g) No animals other than dogs are permitted in the off-leash area. (h) No more than two dogs to any one handler at a time in the off-leash area. (i) No vicious dogs allowed in the off-leash area.

About 1 acre fully fenced in yard with a 6 foot privacy fence, except the gate - (which is 4 ft chain link). Bench & patio furniture for the humans. Cushions are in the shed, please just return them to the shed after use. We have poop bags, a trash bucket, water dishes, and toys also in the shed along with a kiddie pool you can use. In the summer there is a water faucet attached to the barn, right in the yard to fill the kiddie pool or water bowls. If you would like to use one or all, just message me through sniffspot and let me know so I can have it out for you. - For doggie play-dates, one person should book for all attendees. - You can park on the street or in the driveway when available. - The pool is protected by a fence in the winter and open in the summer. Access to the pool is blocked by a gate on the deck stairs. - After a lot of rain we sometimes get muddy puddles. - The yard has grass, flowers, woods, a kiddie pool, access to a hose, water bowl, dog toys, a place for pet parents to sit and relax while the doggos play. - Its probably a bit more than a 1/2 acre fenced with grass and a wooded trail. There will almost always be someone home during any visit as I work from home. We have dogs and I will lock them inside the house while we have visitors. Rules: 1. We would appreciate a 24 hour notice for all reservation changes or cancellations. 2. If you have more than 2 cars attending at the same time, please park at North Broadway Crossing. 3. Only one booking is in the yard at a time. 4. Due to the pool, no person under 18 is allowed on the property without adult supervision. 5. It is crucial that you arrive during and only stay for the time booked because another family may be booked directly after you or I could have my dogs in the yard if you are there outside of your booked time and I wouldn't want an unexpected encounter.
