Guests showing signs of intoxication will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. • Resident Pets: My two personal dogs will be completely secured inside the house for the entire duration of your booking. Your dogs will have exclusive, private use of the yard. • Overstay Policy: Please respect the clock so the yard can be cleaned for the next guest. Overstaying your slotted booking time will result in a strict fee of $10 extra per minute.

My backyard is a quiet spot set at the back of a private road. You’ll hear more birds and squirrels than you will cars or traffic. One side of the yard neighbors a mostly empty lot and the other a wooded area with lots of tall pine trees. A water retention ditch and another fence separates the back of the yard from the neighborhood behind mine. In addition to various dog toys and sticks, there is a mound in the middle of the yard for the septic system. My foster dogs love running up and down the little hills! The fire pit can be used on cold days and there are two spots for accessing water - one of which can also be used for a quick bath or rinse before heading home. There are also water misters, located by the sun shade, to help cool down on those extra hot days. Just flip the switch by the nozzle head on the water spout and enjoy! Please help keep the space clean and tidy by picking up all dog poop and disposing in the little, black trash can just outside the fence. There are recycling and garbage bins for any other items that need to be disposed of. No smoking, please. Please also feel free to make use of the storage bin just inside the gate for bug spray, sunscreen, mosquito repellant, new dog toys, etc… Thank you and I hope you enjoy your time here with your pups!
