Our property borders the Timucuan Preserve. Over an acre of fenced yard. There is a water bowl with access to fresh water near the gate entrance (simply turn the water hose on by moving the black lever). There are balls in the yard to play with and a Chuck-It launcher to play fetch. A garbage pail is on the deck. Feel free to sit on the deck or swing, throw balls to your dog, and run in the yard! I do live on the property may need to come out or leave property, this is not a regular occurrence. I will communicate with you if the need arises. Please advise if you have a reactive dog. Pastures are mowed every week, in the summer the grass grows fast; you may experience longer tasseled grass or short depending on the the day.
