Welcome to our fully fenced backyard oasis! Your pup can splash in our spring-fed lake (no gators—just fish!), where the shoreline is shallow and easy to enjoy. Cool off in the saltwater pool featuring a sun shelf with jets, or relax beneath the many mature trees that provide plenty of shade throughout the yard. Bring lunch to enjoy at the picnic table while the kids play on the swing set, all surrounded by a peaceful lakeside setting. We’re a little quirky, too! Keep an eye out for our whimsical outdoor “bathroom” art installation—a vintage-style toilet, sink, bathtub, and mannequin that always gets a laugh and makes for a fun photo opportunity. We provide toys, tennis balls, water bowls, poop bags, and a trash can so you can simply show up, relax, and enjoy your visit.

My backyard is a quiet spot set at the back of a private road. You’ll hear more birds and squirrels than you will cars or traffic. One side of the yard neighbors a mostly empty lot and the other a wooded area with lots of tall pine trees. A water retention ditch and another fence separates the back of the yard from the neighborhood behind mine. In addition to various dog toys and sticks, there is a mound in the middle of the yard for the septic system. My foster dogs love running up and down the little hills! The fire pit can be used on cold days and there are two spots for accessing water - one of which can also be used for a quick bath or rinse before heading home. There are also water misters, located by the sun shade, to help cool down on those extra hot days. Just flip the switch by the nozzle head on the water spout and enjoy! Please help keep the space clean and tidy by picking up all dog poop and disposing in the little, black trash can just outside the fence. There are recycling and garbage bins for any other items that need to be disposed of. No smoking, please. Please also feel free to make use of the storage bin just inside the gate for bug spray, sunscreen, mosquito repellant, new dog toys, etc… Thank you and I hope you enjoy your time here with your pups!

We just moved in to this beautiful home in a quiet residential neighborhood in Jacksonville and are excited to share our yard with guests! As a dog owner myself, I understand the risks and unpredictability associated with dog parks or off-leash natural spaces like parks, beaches, and woodlands etc. especially if you have a reactive dog or a small, very timid one, like me! We are happy to share our space for pups in need!

3 acres of private farmland! Fenced all the way around! Great water views as you can see from drone pics. Front part of property is a wedding venue, very picturesque! (Also please note with the venue barn up front there may be events going on or being set up during your visit) (Neighboring property has dogs, see distractions for more information on this or message me) (!!!Guest, please have message notifications turned on as there may be important communications needed between you and I and if the message go unanswered I may have to cancel reservations!!!) No children under 10 allowed. This is a hobby farm that is not child proofed or baby proofed and people tend to not pay as close attention to children and they wander, it’s a big safety concern for me. There are some exceptions to this TBD case by case, message me for details. Private off road parking for 1-10 vehicles. 1.6 fully fenced private acres. Off-road parking on grass for 4-5 vehicles available, plus more along the side of the road. Sniffspot is accessed by a large chained gate with combination lock. Our 3 dogs are very occasionally (1-2 times per month) in an adjacent fenced area. I notify guests via private message in advance when they have booked a time when our dogs will be in their adjacent area. Otherwise, you can expect them to be away inside the house. Fun amenities at our spot include a water park sprinkler play feature, and a wooden bridge which is the perfect location for a photo op! There are also three BIG tires to run through or jump on top of (dogs only please!), two smaller tires to run through, weave poles, a dirt pile, a tunnel, and a fire hydrant just for fun. There is a concrete table and bench seating plus 5 Adirondack chairs under a shade tree - bring your picnic lunch. Running water, dog bowls, and grocery bags for poop are available across the field from the entrance gate, along with a poop scoop and large trash can. Toys, bug spray, additional poop bags, and a large umbrella are located inside the bench seat near the entrance.
