Description

I have had my spot mostly closed for a little while due to family issues. I have started to open the calendar up more and more, however. If you don't see any time open on the day you would like, message me, and I may be able to accommodate you and open your desired time slot. The property is a small working farm on Johns Island with goats, chickens, geese and ducks. There are 20+ acres of undeveloped land. Approximately half of it is fields that aren't currently planted. Some of the fields are cut low and some are high grass with lanes cut through them. The other half of the property is woods. There are also several ponds. The property is perfect for training dogs to track or retrieve or just to let them explore.

There is farm equipment located throughout the property. In addition, this property is some farmland and some undeveloped land that includes thick brush and woods and natural hazards do exist. Please be sure to check yourself and your fur babies for ticks after your visit.

There are several benches, a sunken fire pit (we have a cover over it for safety- but can easily be lifted if you wish to use), water hose, table and outlets for use at all times. If needed/ requested, I can put up an umbrella for shade, set up a sprinkler, open the door for restroom use, etc. I work from home and am happy you accommodate, chat, or stay out of your way - whatever your preference is.
