Anyone in need of a quiet tucked away place to let their pooch sniff and roll and run and poop is welcome. Come and enjoy the Kansas City areas first continuing Sniffspot private rentable dog yard. When you book our yard it is yours alone no other dogs or people to deal with, feel free to bring your family or friends as you and your pup/pups enjoy play, sniffing or just relaxing. Our yard is 125' by 70' + private yard, fencing is 3.5 feet in height, fresh water will be made available (with ample notice). This area is our play yard for our pups we are continuing to improve it as time and funds allow, we do have some equipment (currently hurdles, weave poles) on site that can be made available if requested (may be out but can be removed if you wish) One side of our yard does meet our neighbors property and they might be mowing or trimming during your visit ( if it does occur and disrupts your vist please let me know). Please feel free to post photos of your pup/pups enjoying our yard

This space includes a new, fully enclosed privacy fence. (Some photos may show the old fence). The neighborhood is safe and rather quiet, but you will likely hear/see people, kids, and dogs in the neighborhood during your visit. I ask that no extremely aggressive or reactive pups book the space to ensure neighbors aren’t disrupted. The fence is shared with one neighbor who has a friendly pup that might say hi to you and your pup during your visit. The yard is Pooper scooped frequently, but I do ask you to please pick up after your pups during your visit. I will have poop bags available for you to use. You are welcome to use the upper deck area, I just ask that dogs are kept off the furniture. Looking forward to having your pup enjoy the space! :)

We have 10 acres with disc golf and trails right in the loop of Kansas City’s 435 (northland). We live on the property and have a rental house as well on the property. There is a basketball court and plenty of other activities. For years disc golfers have brought their dogs out as they play and dogs love the freedom. There is barbed wire fencing around some of the property but if your dog is not trained, they can escape. We are not responsible for your ability to secure your dog. Two large mowed fields, plenty of wooded trails.
