From the minute we walked in we felt welcome! There was a table full of snacks for humans and little goody bags for the dogs. Alena thought of everything possible to ensure our comfort. The place was decorated beautifully for Halloween! You can tell that this is someone who loves dogs! There were little areas decorated for Instagram worthy photos. A firehouse complete with fire truck and fire hydrant, a ball pit, some agility equipment… this place had it all!

Awesome!!! Great activities, treats, festivities, human treats, water, bowls! What more can you ask for! Their doggies do bark through the window, but it was a good practice for some positive reinforcement for us to leave it!

This Sniffspot is such a perfect little spot! Our dog Callie had a GREAT time exploring all over the yard and especially loved the ball pit and stick library. This spot has everything you need - lots of tennis balls, cute picture spots (and props to wear for pictures), and even treats for humans! Alena was such a sweet host and left a bandana for Callie. We will be back soon and recommend this spot!

I brought our foster dog Sage who has just recovered from a back leg amputation. This was her celebration for finishing her crate rest. She had so much fun!!! She loved running up and down the ramp, she even climbed in the ball pit, checked out the doggie library and got lots of photo ops with all the adorable little doggie sized scenes. Alena really puts in so much effort and had every little detail covered…it’s so awesome! She has little costume hats to use for photos, towels to dry off your dog, water bottles, snacks (for humans too), tennis balls…all the details are so great. The fence is really nice and secure and really hard to even see through, which is great for reactive dogs. It’s their own little world with no distractions. There’s even 2 gates in case something is going on on one side of the house you can use the other gate. Really perfect set up for fearful or reactive pups. We loved everything about it and will definitely be back with more fosters!

I cannot say enough great things about Alena and the Barking Lot! It is truly my dogs favorite place on earth and she always goes above and beyond to make it special. We just celebrated his birthday there and the “pawty” option was incredible. She provided so many fun goodies, snacks (for us and our dog) and presents. We had the BEST day and recommend her sniffspot to everyone we know!

We always love our trips to the Barking Lot! It’s fun for both of us and I always appreciate the thoughtful details. Millie enjoyed a pup cup at the kissing booth and was happy to have her zoomies + get her sniffs in. Thanks for having us again!

We loved it here!!! Fence is high and secure so you’re unable to see people or other animals while there. There’s tons for your dog to smell and play with! They also spoil the humans with snacks and coffee. Normally when I do a sniff spot I have to bring his bowl, a chair for me, treats, toys etc etc. Here I only needed my dog! They even gave us a super cute bandana! Owner was so nice and helpful via message before checking in. Couldn’t be more pleased. We will be returning and I’ve already recommended it to a few friends. Thank you again for having us!

This is our second time at The Barking Lot and I’m always amazed at all of the little thoughtful touches around the spot, including a hot cocoa and coffee bar! There was also a kissing booth for Valentines Day. We can’t wait to come back!

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.

All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 96% of reviews on Sniffspot visits in the King of Prussia area are 5 stars.
